Starting the weekend in the best possible way with chocolate protein pancakes of #pcosfitfighter
dreams. Naturally they are gluten and dairy free, but this was my first time making #vegan
pancakes (aka without any egg) and they turned out pretty darn good if I do say so myself.
* 1/2 mashed banana
* 30g buckwheat flour (any flour would probs work)
* 30g chocolate protein powder (I used @awesomesupps
choc salted caramel)
* 1 tbsp cacao/cocoa powder
* 1 tbsp flaxseed
* 1/2 tsp baking powder
* 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
* 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
* Almond milk
* Coconut oil
1. Mix together all ingredients except milk & oil until fully combined.
2. Slowly stir in milk until you reach the desired consistency (mine was thick but just about pourable).
3. Leave mixture to work its magic for a few mins.
4. Heat coconut oil in a pan and fry your pancakes for a couple of mins then flip and fry on the other side for another minute (timings may vary depending on the size/thickness/pan/hob).
5. Put on a pretty pink plate and top with all the goodies. Here I've got microwaved frozen berries with chia seeds, granola and peanut butter.
6. Be thankful that your weekend has started on such a high.
I've literally had no time to film any content for you guys recently, I've been focusing on myself....getting used to my new routine and work has been manic! Ну и побаловала себя небольшим колличеством клубники.🍓 🍽 Пока в планах скушать немного овощного салата и батончик мюслей. 🍽 Подумываю о том, чтобы вечером ограничится только кефиром, но там, как пойдет.🙃😅 В общем, медленно идем к цели!🎯

"Today marks my 18 months post op since my Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy surgery!
My dietician/therapist was so pleased with me.
I have lost 62% of my overall bodyweight and all of my excess.
I've gone from 432lbs (30st 12lbs / 196KG) to 165 lbs (11st 11lbs / 74.8KG) and I've been maintaining this weight (fluctuating within 3-5lbs either side) for the past 3 months. I'm fine with not losing anymore. I've got to my goal.
I am 22% Bodyfat.
2 Visceral fat.
I can run 10K or more.
I can walk for miles.
I can deadlift more than my bodyweight.
I can do everything an average 27 year old can do.
I am forever grateful for the opportunity to re-do my life. To be able to grab the opportunity to get my health back.
I am also grateful for all of you keeping me accountable. My day ones and my new followers, and everyone of you beauties in between 😘

Treating my self to this sprite 190 calories. Day 5: calorie intake ✅ gallon of water ✅ workout ❌. That’s alright though. It snowed today, gonna try and get a workout in on my elliptical tomorrow. This week was filled with many milestones...
1. I officially hit my 1 year anniversary of doing CrossFit and joining @crossfit_darkside
2. I finished participating in my first CrossFit Open
3. I did my first ever Rx pull-up followed by my first ever Chest to Bar pull-up; things I have never once been able to do in my whole life.
Not only have I hit milestones this week, but with reaching my one year anniversary of CrossFit I have gotten to reflect on what an incredible year it has been. After starting CrossFit I participated in our first weight loss challenge and won first place, I’ve lost 53lbs so far, I ran 3 miles without stopping, I ran 2 miles in under 20 minutes, and I competed in my first CrossFit competition! These are all things I’ve always dreamed of doing but was unable to before. I’m the healthiest, strongest, and fastest I have ever been in my whole life. I feel that CrossFit saved me from myself, has taught me how to love myself, has shown me what I’m truly capable of, and has taught me how to care of myself for the rest of my life. An apple not keto I know but my property is called Snow Apple House and this is the first snow apple grown here after 6 years of waiting! They are like Disney apples super red with super white flesh - no filter on this pic. So only 2 made it to adulthood- there were about 30 but bloody birds 🦅 ate them, I have to bag each one individually if I want them to survive which kind of defeats the purpose as I want them to look beautiful on the tree. Got a call today that my surgeon is going to be out of town on the day I got scheduled.. so now it got moved up a few days to May 1st. T-minus 38 days ☺
Nothing grated here this morning - but a nice mix of greens - spinach & asparagus with some mushrooms. All fried up in butter with the bacon and a poached egg on the side - thanks hubby 😘
