Tough time falling asleep! 💤
We all know we need 6+ hours of sleep with some REM sleep to be well rested the next day but sometimes can’t figure out why⁉️ Right now - swipe up on your IPhone and hold down the 🔅 icon and it’ll pop up and if you click on the 🔅icon again you’ll have now enabled night mode. If you go to settings you can set timers for this! Turn this on all day if you want, you already have enough blue light coming at you that it won’t hurt but at least by 6-7 o’clock it should be turned on. I can speak from experience that this works! It blocks the blue light which signals to your brain that it’s still day time which doesn’t allow your body to start winding down and can inhibit you from falling asleep. Go turn this on now.
