“Brandon McCarthy, Atlanta’s Tuesday starter, has a subpar 5.05 ERA, but he’s 2-0 with a 2.61 ERA in two starts against the Phillies. The total opposite of that comes courtesy of Phillies starter Vince Velasquez, who has a 2.07 ERA in his last three starts ... but is 0-3 and has allowed 16 runs in 12.2 innings in his three starts against the Braves this year. Philly is tough at home, but Atlanta and its NL-top-scoring offense is the best road team in the league.
The Braves have had the Phillies' number, and my trust computer believes they're still not getting the respect from Vegas that they deserve. Atlanta is handily winning the majority of my simulations of this game, and as a posted underdog. Take the Braves.”

Finished monogram design for the Hamm Brand. I guess it's more of a logotype because it spells the full name, lol. HAMM in two overlapping sets.
We took the boys with some of their friends to Jacob's Well for some swimming and cliff diving.
Jacob's Well is a natural artesian spring in Wemberly, TX. Acidic rainfall over millennia has eroded the limestone bedrock to form what is disputably the longest underwater cave system in Texas. Water flows into Cypress Creek through a 12-foot wide opening in the creek bed. Jacob's Well descends vertically for about 30 feet, then continues downward at an angle through a series of silted chambers. The main passageway measures approximately 4,500 feet from the surface and a secondary one extends approximately 1,000 feet in length from the point where it diverges off from the main conduit.
Jacob's Well is also noteworthy for its perennial flow. Spanish explorers described a head of water 4 to 6 feet high. Until the modern era, Jacob's Well gushed water from the mouth of the cave, with a measured flow in 1924 of 170 gallons/second. Flow these days is barely perceptible due increased demand stemming from development in the area. There's now approximately 6,600 wells in Hays County. The spring's flow was disrupted for the first time in recorded history in 2000 and in 2008 due to drought.
Water temperature is a cool 68 degrees year round, making it a popular swimming spot in the hot summer months. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
