A story about progress through the pain! Pt. 2
Last months with my pole sis (@iliyana.choevska
), we spoke alot for our flexible journey. We decided to look back, to remind us where we started and where we're now.
If you are starting with flexibility and you struggle with results and etc, take a look in the last 2 photos, and our story. i want to share it, with everyone who is new in this. Its not easy, but the important thing is to put your heart in it. And never letting the others to bring u down! I really hope our story to be inspiration for someone, like we found in many other inflexible polers! For us, average will never be option.
1st - my first attempt for middle splits and my current.
2nd - this was before i start to work on middle split for month. After that month i was almost 1 yoga block from the ground. In March my doctor forbid me to stretch for awhile. But happily i lose maybe 5 cm.
3rd - Even that i have huge progress in middle split, here is less, but still have some, according to the laminate. So different and painful.
4th and 5th - the first photo is where i was and the other 3 show the different grips and in which way the leg goes. This a matter of strength to pull the leg, so the leg to touch the floor.
6th - 1st attempt and my current. Good result & it's not trained.
7th - 2nd attempt with weights and my current without. Like i said, good result.
8th - my <3 progress! In Feb. 17 i did it for first time, but with my left leg. The right leg was in really bad condition (now its opposite). I try this for first time with that leg! Of course i lay on the wall and then the surprise - why not to try oversplit on the WALL - 27 cm! I did something, that i find impossible.
9th & 10th - the story
