I have had a very weird day today. I went to the doctor this morning and mentioned I had a very intense muscle sprain in my back from yesterday that kept me awake most of the night and hurts all the way around to my chest. I was definitely NOT expecting him to tell me it was probably shingles 😱😱 as in the reactivation of the l chicken pox virus, creating herpes like blisters on your back and chest. Lovely right?! .
I’ve been freaking out and checking my skin A LOT since then, but my boyfriend just told me that doctor also drinks too much 😂 so now I’m gonna stick to my self diagnostic of intense muscle strain... thank you very much 👍🏼
Anyway, even though I’m feeling like hell, I still got on my mat, out a smile on my face and tried day 5 of #Room2BloomYoga
It was my first time trying #infinitypose
and I liked it 🤗
I finally got my #splits
back on a daily basis (I had tendinitis on my adductors for a few months which made it painful - yes I am full of pains and strains 😂) so I’m happy!! Now to work on #oversplits
. Though not today. .
Anyway, here was my day of freaking out, binge watching Gossip Girl and finally getting on my mat. I feel a bit better 😊 how was your day? .
