Lunch: carne asada tacos 🌮 .
(4SP) 4 oz Trader Joe’s Carne Asada Beef
(3 SP) 2 corn tortillas... 1 tortilla is only 1SP
So this was an omelette but I had never made one before so I didnt realise the top doesn’t cook until you flip it 😂 So it’s now scrambled eggs (free), cherry tomatoes and mushrooms (speed) with ham (p). Side salad of mixed leaves and cucumber (speed). #yummy
Day 2: 🙅🏻♀️ went over bc i had some pizza. Working on my portion control. Still did a lot better than I would have pre weight watchers!

Aiming for my 1 + 1/2 stone, I did well the following week and gained my club 10 award 🙌 although I have let my self down with gains over the past 2 weeks. Struggling with not over induldging on my syns has been hard work!
The evenings seem harder with me wanting to grab and eat snacks. I have found saving my HEB for that time of day has enabled me to have that something chocolatey and satisfying.. And hopefully keep my syns down to finally get that award!
1.5lbs to loose to get back under my club 10 award, lets hope I can stay below that from now on.
It took me another 2 months before I got to my stone award. 0.5lb off here, 1lb off there so I was slowly and steadily reaching for it.. Still having my one treat day.. But a little slide here and there 🍞🍦🍰 2 months was a little too long for me but at least I got there! 💪
Recieved my 1/2 stone award on my third weigh in so was really proud, feeling determined to go for my stone award with motivated attitude!
Had my one treat day, stayed on plan for the following days.

This week has been a tough little week! In a lot, ALOT of pain and I easily could of just thought about not sticking to it and eating whatever the hell I wanted but I stuck to it and hoping next week shows the results in the scales! 🤞🏼 .
I had one day slight over calories by 237 which in the scheme of things it could of been a lot worse and 2 days off exercise as I was in too much pain! 😔 .
Let’s see what next week brings, there is nothing planned that will take me out and over calories, hopsital Wednesday but planned meals around it and still gym in the morning so nothing will get in the way this week! 💪🏼 .

Today’s Nando’s and food diary, got back on plan after bad Friday & Saturday evening meals but gonna try reduce my syns over the next 3 days to try reduce the damage on the scales on Thursday 🙃🤞🏻
