Zbog čega musli nije dobra opcija za doručak – za one koji doručkuju, to je verovatno najvažniji obrok. Tada ne želite da vam skoči šećer u krvi, jer umesto stabilnog nivoa šećera u krvi na samom početku dana vi već napravite taj „rolerkoster“ sa šećerom i onda možete čitav dan da provedete u naglim skokovima i padovima šećera (što bi rekao Bajaga „Gore – dole“). Mnogi su problemi koji se javljaju tada ali ćemo vam navesti onaj koji većinu zanima.
Kada skoči šećer u krvi, tada insulin skoči. Insulin je hormon SKLADIŠTENJA, pa je samim tim u suprotnosti sa POTROŠNJOM.
Znači kada je insulin povišen, potrošnja energije izostaje (vaše masne naslaga su jedan vid energije). Većina koja jede musli želi da POTROŠI neke svoje delove tela, što ne ide ruku uz ruku sa povišenim vrednostima insulina.
Da li znate koliko utiču na vrednosti šećera i nivo insulina magični sastojci prosečnog muslija? Suvo voće? Mleko? Ovsene? Kornfleks?
Lako je pronaći na netu GI/GL tih namirnica. Pa onda dodate na sve to malo šećera, da bude lepšeg ukusa i u velikom ste problemu.
Ako već sami pravite musli, onda neka barem ima što slabiji udarac na šećer u krvi. Ne možemo da vam napišemo šta da stavite jer mi ne jedemo musli, ali smo vam dali pravac u kojem treba da krenete.

False, you tried it once and quit. It takes 21 days of doing something CONSISTENTLY to create a habit, 75 days to make it a LIFESTYLE! .
MORNING HACKS:(my routine)
-Drink a glass of lukewarm water
-Brush teeth(hopefully y’all do this already)
-Shower, hot FIRST, last :30 seconds as cold as you can! Suck it up and just do it. This will wake your ass up
-Cup of coffee( I drink it black just like the woman I.... nvm) .

Deadlifts are high risk with high reward. The benefits in strength development and testosterone/growth hormone release are right up there with the squat. I just started deadlifting not too long ago and hit my 405 lbs PR today. Feeling excited and strong...but not satisfied.

Bridges, working on your gluteals with a resistant band to challenge you or without.
I feel is a neglected area sometimes.We tend to be more quad dominant with our training. Weather this be running cycling or walking.
A great exercise to try to strengthen areas through your posterior chain to strengthen and condition your body.

Legs and biceps today. Tried another new variation and it was a challenge.
1. Hyperextension on the curl machine 3x15
2. Box jumps 3x8
3. Deadlifts 3x10 (🤦🏾♀️lost my gloves)
4. Hammer curls 3x10
5. Barbell biceps curl 3x10
This week has been a hard week for me. Being 30 weeks pregnant, running around after a 2.5-year-old, managing and running my business kicked my butt!
My tough week made me think of you guys and how many of you have struggles and bad days too!
Even though I struggled more this week, I didn’t give up. I still ate healthy for most of my meals and still worked out most days. *************************************************
I also forced myself to stopped and appreciate all my blessings. Even when life gets hard it’s important to practice gratitude. It makes your current struggles easier to get through. ***********************************************

But what needs to define that balance and how you follow through is your mindset! Your views on the short-term pleasure versus the long-term pleasure! When you go through contemplation of cheating on the diet, remind yourself that every action takes you closer or further from your goal! Would you make a business decision that you knew would be in short term rewards at the expense of Long-term growth? NO! So use that same thought process when contemplating that cake or biscuit! Make sure every action you take will improve yourself and your life! More correct actions equals a better and happier life! Is the two minutes of pleasure from a food really worth the pain of guilt after or the pain of not reaching that long-term goal? Trust me, in two months time you won’t regret knowing every action you have taken helped you progress towards your long-term goal! You will not regret the snacks you didn’t have✌🏻
