I taught my first yoga class yesterday. Needless to say I was quite nervous. These oils helped. Balance settled my nerves. Frankincense helped to ground me, and Arise helped to give me the confidence I needed. It went well, and I’m glad my practicum is done. 😁 #yogateachertraining #ipassed #onedayleft #natureswellness

Two workouts and two volleyball matches in just over 24 hours. 😅
My body is sore, but in the best way possible!
I could have used the excuse that I played two hours of volleyball last night to skip my cardio this morning, but you know me. Of course I didn’t! 🤗
I have one more workout left in round 2 of 80 Day Obsession! I’ve been doing this program since January, so next week will be the start of something new - 4 days a week, lifting and hiit. I am both nervous and excited!
