I hurt because so many I know have been mentally, emotionally, and still physically slaves. And it's because of our environment, whether that's at home, neighborhood, generational, or lack of fresh food to purchase. If you don't think fresh food, physical activity, & mindset has an impact on your daily energy, appearances, life expectancy, community, and overall life then you my dear are still enslaved.
If I'm not the one to help lead you on a path to a healthy lifestyle, then please reach out to someone that you do trust. But if what you have been doing for so many years isn't working then you should at least give a product that works a chance. Numbers don't lie, and for so many I know back home in St.Louis & beyond needs change.

2016 vs 2018 !!! I don’t have a lot of before pictures that I can post how big I was bc I was always hiding in the background or making sure I took the selfie to take it at the right angle ! Now I don’t have to worries about that!! I still have a long way to go but I am so Thankful for my tool!! This tool I have doesn’t put healthy meals in my mouth , it doesn’t make me work out when I am tired, it is just a tool that helps me know when I am full! I still have to do all the hard work!! My goal is to use my tool the right way to be a healthy mom and wife forever!!! Being healthy is a never ending battle for someone who has a food addiction or just has those obese genes in the family!! Summer. Then versus now. I was so insecure and uncomfortable over how I looked. I felt like people stared at me when I showed skin. I only wore dresses. They flowed and covered up my tummy. Plus I hated pants. Jean shorts were so hard to button up over my tummy. I would have never dreamed of rocking short shorts! Now I love them. I love how strong my legs look...thick thighs save lives?! It's crazy to look at where I was then and to see how far I've come. At first, I started to eat better and exercise so I would look better. Now I do it because it makes me feel amazing. Slowly I hope to care less about what other people think and focus more on my health and my wellbeing.
