Weight Loss Tip: Give it away! After company leaves, give away leftover food to neighbors, doormen, or delivery people, or take it to work the next day.

Day 62/80: Booty!🍑🔥🍑 The weekend. It’s SO easy to completely undo all the hard work you put in all week in just 2 days. It took me a while to fully realize this. I thought that because it’s the weekend, I could ease up on nutrition, partake in alllllll the bevies, and indulge in all the things. I would completely sabotage my results. I’m not saying don’t enjoy those things, because that would suck and that’s no way to live! HelI no.
I’m just saying, my best results started when I started treating the weekends like weekdays:
✅keep my nutrition on track
✅get my workout out of the way, which also sets the tone for the weekend

I find that more people will “like” the picture on the left with the small waist and curvy figure, but not the picture on the right because of the back rolls.
Some people would call fat rolls “flaws” and try so hard to work them off. I used to be that person, but I was also that person who was never happy with any progress I made. I would always pick out what needed to be gone. Back rolls. Cellulite. Love handles. This would cause even more stress and I would end up eating my feelings and gaining even more weight. ⠀⠀
THEN I learned to love myself, “flaws” and all through this health and fitness journey. I stopped comparing myself to women that had surgery to cut away all those “flaws” and started using women that have natural bodies as my fitness inspirations. I stopped picking out certain body parts that I would change, and started focusing on how I could become the healthiest/strongest version of myself I could be.
The PERFECT body varies from person to person, so don’t use someone else’s opinions as validation for loving your own body!
You will always find a “flaw” on your body, no matter what size you are. Love yourself through all the stages of your health and fitness journey, back rolls and all. 💕
6 WEEK SPRING SHAPE UP CHALLENGE

Spring is here (supposedly 😒), summer is coming and I know many of us are feeling fluffy from the winter.
I want to give you a chance and a little incentive to lose those pounds, shape your body, and gain confidence and health, with the opportunity for it to be FREE.
I believe that true change depends on changing habits. That is why I base my nutrition and fitness coaching around this premise.
So instead of this being a 'weightloss' challenge it's going to be based on adherence to the plan! I'm going to be asking you to look at yourself and decide what you are willing to do to to meet your goals, and give you the tools to do it.
The sign up fee is $399. BUT if you meet the adherence guidelines (3 workouts per week, 80% of lessons read, and 75% habits checked off) you will get your money back.

Access to the daily lessons and habits
The 'go to' foods
A portion size guide and guidelines on how much go eat
Workouts for the gym(preferred), or at home(some weights recommended)

I also understand that some people require a more concrete goal, which for them means a weight loss goal. So I am including this option for an additional $150. You will be required to lose 4% of your body weight. I will provide you with more in depth meal guidelines, but will require more work on your end to put it into play. This is separate from the adherence goal, so you could get one back and not the other, or both.

Fasted cardio on 25 mins of HIIT on elliptical. Vacation is over now and I had fun, but it’s not fun when you gain back weight. Lesson learned 👍🏻
I intermittent fast everyday and don’t eat breakfast. If I did have breakfast, I will never have it with carbs.

Last year in March I celebrated with you all for the first time being able to have my towel completely cover me. It might have been just a fraction covering, but I was over the moon 😍
I was 280 lbs at this point and hadn't had a towel fit round me in, what seemed like forever.
Fast forward nearly 10 months and this same towel wraps around me fully ☺️ down to 165 lbs and working hard on my fitness and bodyfat percentage now - I'm excited for what this year will bring with consistency and hard work 💪💪

I’ve settled on 2 jobs and full time uni, so my weeks are hectic!

I have been living on my own since I was 15 years old. My dad has helped from time to time which I appreciate but in general I have been alone...my uncle here and there. I remember moving to a new neighbourhood closer to some other family that don’t know me so well. I didn’t eat for three days and I never asked for help. I found a job in retail a few weeks later. I suffer in silence a lot but I will say that there is NO shame in needing help; no shame.
Side note, Age, time, will teach you, heal you. I didn’t like this picture. I gained weight in the last 5 years. My dad... uncle, grandmother comment about it. He said I was much prettier when I was younger...hm...you see this body? this body has survived 4 major operations. 2 of which were to save my life.
