You've seen me posting about how amazing I feel since starting my 3 steps. Let me break down the first two weeks for you... Days 1-4 ➡You might 💙 me even more ➡You may not like me...🙅 ➡You could feel amazing 💃 ➡You might feel a little yucky...It’s called DETOX ➡You realize the simplicity of the 3 steps Day 5 ➡You probably slept better than you ever have ➡You might remember why you walked🚶into a room ➡The brain fog is LIFTING ➡You’re not near as irritable ➡Hair is looking better & skin is GLOWING ➡What is in this stuff? And is it legal? Day 7 ➡You’re feeling better than you ever have ➡You’ll message me 💌 that you 💙 this stuff ➡”HAPPY” 😁 is a good feeling to have again Day 10 ➡Mild panic attack. Your first box of Lifestyle Mix is running low ➡You cannot ever be without this stuff ➡You start rearranging your budget in your mind. Day 14 ➡Without even trying, people are starting to notice, “something is different about you.” ➡Spouse has YOU back 💏 ➡Kids & friends notice ➡People start to want what you have •• 3 Steps in the First 30 Minutes of Your Day •• What are you waiting for??

Because not every meal you eat has to be a plate full of colorful vegetables 🤷🏽‍♀️ . This may not look like much, but I promise it tasted delicious 😋 I picked up a locally raised, free range pastured pork butt (🍑😎) at the farmer’s market over the weekend and cooked it up in my Instant Pot with a GREAT spice rub and paired it with some good ‘ol Mrs. T’s Sauerkraut Pierogies for a quick and easy weeknight meal. 👏🏼 I know I can’t be the only one who sees the irony in having free range pastured pork alongside some frozen potato-stuffed pasta, but hey, it worked! . I’ve been focusing a lot more on the QUALITY of the meats that I buy, because honestly there are so many benefits. Everyone’s heard the saying “You are what you eat,” right? Well if you’re eating animals who were fed grains and pumped full of hormones, all of that damage is transferred right on to you. . This hunk of pork right here is free of hormones, steroids, and antibiotics. It also lived a life full of agricultural action: acting as a root tiller, weed killer, and fertilizer for its farm. And call me crazy, but those small changes DO make a difference when it comes to taste and texture. This baby was DELISH 😍 . I’m always racing around in the mornings to get out the door to go sit in #traffic 🚘 so I can get to #work on time, which means I never have time for a #nutritional #breakfast so I just #grab some #oatmeal and go. Dark Chocolate 🍓 Smoothie Recipe (w/ macros and micros) • I don’t know about you all but I love the bitterness of dark chocolate. Today’s smoothie is equally bitter and sweet, plus is loaded with fiber, vitamin C, and a whole lot more. If you want to make the smoothie sweeter, add a ripe banana or two! • Dark Chocolate Strawberry Smoothie (32oz): 1 1/2 Cup frozen strawberries 1/2 Cup frozen cherries 3 Tbsp cacao powder (can sub w/cocoa) 2 Tbsp peanut butter 1 Cup plant-based milk (I used almond) 1 Cup water (can sub w/ more milk) Optional: Ripe banana or dates for more sweetness • Cals/Carbs (Fiber)/Prot/Fat 430cals/48g (11g)/15g/23g • Notable Micros: 155% Vit. I mixed in some chocolate vega protein powder for some flava! cute little street market with all of the goods, they have some of the most beautiful produce and the absolute biggest bell peppers that I’ve seen, 2x bigger than the ones you get in the store. They have cheese, cleaning supplies, clothing, flowers, you name it. I love this little town, never leaving 💙
