Smoothiebowl deliciousness 💫✨ . Nykyään terveellinen syöminen on jo tullut niin tavaksi, että on vaikea edes oikeasti muistaa millaista sapuskaa sitä kehoonsa ennen elämäntapamuutosta työnsi. Ravinnoksi sitä ei voinut ainakaan kutsua 🙊 . Aamut alkoi pelkällä kahvilla, sitten jossain vaiheessa saatoin syödä pari leipää, käydä pizzalla ja iltapalaksi taas pari leipää lisää. Pahimmillaan kävin saman päivän aikana niin pizzalla kuin hampparillakin ja välipalat oli suklaapatukkaa ja energiajuomaa. Ei ihmekään siis ettei olo ollut hyvä. Kurkku oli varmaan ainoa kasvis ruokavaliossa 😂 . Nykyisin pidän huolen syömisen säännöllisyydestä ja kasvispainotteisella ruokavaliolla sekä ravintolisillä huolehdin ravinteikkuudesta. Ei tätä äitilaiffia jaksaisi millään kehnommalla ruokavaliolla 🙈 Välillä kyllä tietysti herkuttelen, sillä sekin on vain elämää! 💕 . Nyt imettäessä ja vauvan perässä juostessa mun on ollut vaikea vaan pysytellä riittävissä kalorimäärissä ja paino vaan tippuu 🙄 . Tässä smoothiebowlissa oli pähkinöiden ja banaanin lisäksi kaurajuomaa, avokadoa, mansikoita, proteiinijauhetta, mct-öljyä ja mansikoita sekä glutamiinia ja testin vuoksi kollageenilisää 😁 . My first gym on Saipan. It is without excesses, there are no a huge number of fashionable trainers, partly destroyed and plundered after the typhoon in 2015. There are no dumbbells with small weight, only big. Here you can do only base exercises, no isolation trainers, cardio and spa zones. In general, this gym for work with a great view from the windows. And after training, you can immediately go for a swim in the sea. The price is 1 $ per 2 hours. I try to workout 2 times a week. Saipan has three gyms. Often people ask me about counting out their individual macronutrients (carbs, protein + fats) and personally I think it’s a bit unnecessary unless you’re an athlete on a specific diet. It’s really easy to become obsessed with food and weighing every single thing we put into our bodies 👎🏼 . . When trying to be healthy it’s important to think about portion sizes and how healthy your food is, but everyone is different. We burn calories simply by living, but some burn more calories through exercise than others. This means that the more active the person, the more calories they can eat 🍎 . . Being healthy is really about what is best for you. It’s not about cutting out all the foods we love, it’s about eating them in the right amounts and not as often. It’s not about weighing out all our foods, it’s about eating a healthy amount for ourselves, not anyone else’s predictions. One of my friends LOVES cheese and rather than cutting it out she has picked a sensible portion size for herself and adds that instead. Much healthier than craving it and missing it in meals. Keeping it fresh on Day 3 of the Ration Challenge with a little B&W filter action and some intro comedy 🙃🤪 Today was a rollercoaster. One tough bit was when I was offered some free food and free tea (some of my favorite things- free, food, tea) and declined in honor of the challenge. However, it gave me a chance to talk about the cause, which felt amazing to get to share with a bunch of strangers, fuel their curiosity, and receive support (wahoo!) . . . I’d love to share more but it’s 7pm and I’m feeling WIPED. So, mad respect to the people out there who experience food insecurity or aren’t getting their nutritional energetic/ nutrient needs met regularly and still find a way to motivate themselves out of bed, to work, to contribute to their families, to self, to their communities, to society, etc. I am starting to understand the amount of willpower you must harness to thrive. 10 ways to build your glutes. 🍑🍑 ⠀ You can do bodyweight kickbacks and squats until the sun goes down, unfortunately, it won't give you that nice booty you want! Use these tips to help build that peach! ⠀ 🍑 1 - incorporate strength training into your workouts. in order for us to build nicer, fuller, rounder glutes, we must incorporate strength training into our workouts. The stronger you become, the more weight you can use, the more load you can use on your glutes. ⠀ 🍑2 - The thrust is a must. The hip thrust is one of the best exercises to use for your glutes. It can keep tension and load on the glutes for the entire movement. ⠀ 🍑3 - Eat in a caloric surplus. To build muscle, we must eat more calories than we burn in a day. Unless you are newer into strength training, you will likely see great results still by eating in a calorie deficit providing you're using these tools. ⠀ 🍑4 - increase the training volume. The sets x reps x weight = volume. This needs to increase overtime so your body doesn't adapt to the load you're constantly lifting. There are many tools to increase this. ⠀ 🍑5 - Increase the frequency of your lower body training. The more you train a bodypart, the better chance you have of that part improving. Simple. ⠀ 🍑6 - Train at different loads. Focus on low reps/high weight, higher reps/lower weight and everything in between. ⠀ 🍑7 - Squat. Enough said. ⠀ 🍑8 - Deadlift. Also enough said. ⠀ 🍑9 - Basic movements work. Use them. If you're new into this, don't get too tricky and see what you're favourite Instagram model is doing. They too use basic moves, it just doesn't do well with their marketing! 🙊 ⠀ 🍑10 - CONSISTENCY If you don't have this, progress will be slow and you'll wonder if it all works but consistency ties into 9 of the rules above. ⠀ #squatclubau
