Day 57’s workout complete!
I rather enjoy AAA this phase! It’s a really great way to start a week when you enjoy the workout you do on Monday!
Top of the morning! I hope you’re gearing up for an amazing week. We’re officially halfway through the month of March and in less than two weeks the end of Q1.
Let’s just let that sink in for a second. One quarter of 2018 will be in the bag and your 2018 will no different than any other year until you actually do a few things differently to move the needle.
The needle won’t move itself and prayer alone ain’t gonna change a thing so, quit waiting on someone to come in and save you. Stop asking for others to invest in you and your dreams when you’re not doing all you can do to actually make things happen on your own.
The wrap up...the line keeps moving. With or without you..this train is moving Suga. Quit looking for a cheerleader and a pep squad and get out here and shake some trees folks! #pleaseandthankyou
We all have emotional baggage for a variety of reasons. These negative and unprocessed feelings come from people, places, behaviors, and experiences from our past that still have a negative impact on our present. Everyone has pain. It’s part of what makes us who we are. What defines us, however, is how we handle it. By taking the time to identify and understand our baggage and making a conscious decision to let go, we free ourselves to experience life in a richer, deeper, more meaningful way.

When you work shift work...your schedule is always changing. This week it's moved earlier by 2 hours. This means that I'm up earlier to get my workout in.
I love structure. When it comes my health and wellness, I take this very seriously. So I'll be flexible in when my day starts. If it means up at 4:30am. Then this is what I'll do!
It’s time that you believe in yourself and become a winner
Busy mom? No time for yourself? I was in the same boat! It’s not easy to fill other people’s bucket when yours is depleted!
What helped me??? 🤷♀️ Actually taking the time to FILL MY OWN BUCKET is what helps me ‘MOM’ the best! Yes, I get up early! Yes, I work my bucket filling time in AROUND my kids’ schedule, but it works! And now I’ve taken out travel time to do it!! 👏👏👏
Being able to workout at home saves me 10-15 mins to drive to the gym, 10 minutes changing into my gear and the same amount of time at the end of my workout! That’s at least 40 minutes gifted back to me!! As a busy mom, I’m sure you can relate that a whole lot can be accomplished in those 40 minutes!! Don’t let TIME be the excuse that keeps you from filling yourself up with the energy you need to take care of everyone else!! Ready for more info? It is hard work. I am sore. I am tired. I do have days where I don’t want to workout. I have days where I need to press pause. BUT I push through. And the reason I am smiling at the end is because I am PROUD and happy that my body allowed me to accomplish yet another day. ✨
Today I hit a milestone. I completed day 50/80 and pretty damn proud of it! In the past I NEVER would have stuck to a program this long, but it’s thanks to my support system of ladies that has kept me going!
I am sure you have heard it before, it won’t be easy, but it will be worth it. ✨
