So since it tastes awesome I’ll tell you what’s in it. It’s obviously chicken breast. I mixed in a bowl. Chopped up torn up spinach. About 1.5 cups maybe 2. I just tore I up into small pieces. I then added 1/4c. Horse radish. 1/8c. Dijon mustard. 1/2c. Cottage cheese. 1/8c. Parmesan. Mix it good. I had cut the chicken breast open. Spoon in each of the breasts then use left over to spread on top. I then topped with garlic and onion powder. Baked at 400 for 49 minutes. Soooo tasty. 😋

|| kogashi shoyu || charred shoyu base, original chicken broth, half unami egg, pork belly chashu || if the popular kogashi miso ramen looks a bit too intimidating then this is just as good. The shoyu broth is lighter yet still full of flavour with a subtle smoky aroma. My favourite part of the ramen at Gogyo is the actual ramen noodles which are unlike anything I’ve had before. They are flatter than what I’m used to and have a pleasant bite to them. They do a good job of picking up the shoyu broth. The chashu here is also very tender and has a good smokiness to it. Hopefully I can try the original Gogyo in Kyoto and compare 😋
White rice goes with any dishes and you can share them when having a gathering!

appreciation post? I travel fairly often for work and a few weeks ago I took a 3.5 hour drive to Lancaster. As a treat to myself (and because there isn’t much else around) I got the classic double double and a side of fries. As a Southern California native, In N Out holds a place in my heart and I will always debate its merits as one of the best fast food restaurants. My husband didn’t pick any chicken dishes this week. Not one. He’s still sick of chicken. But you know what dinner had tonight? HALLOUMI!!! (I will not apologize for the all caps.) It also featured a really delicious homemade peanut sauce. The sauce is pretty versatile as far as what you could put it on. Any kind of noodles, rice, chicken (🤫), vegetables... you get the idea. I just threw all of the ingredients in the food processor and voila! Peanut sauce! I cut the soy sauce by half. Made 12-1 oz. servings at 99cal / 3p / 5.8c / 7.7f. 🥜 Better Than Takeout 20 Minute Peanut Noodles with Sesame Halloumi from @halfbakedharvest
