Went SUPER light on legs due to my knee problems. Rolled out a lot and it helped for a little while, but about halfway through it started acting up again. Wish I knew what I did to make this happen. I’ve been purposely going light for quite a while now…Going hard on food today to help recover. Let’s see if it makes any difference.
