How many leg days is too many leg days per week?
A lot of girls believe they need a rest day, or are afraid of doing too much. Girl don’t be!!! I promise you, unless you are competing in the CrossFit games, most likely you are far away from doing too much (myself included)!
I did leg day, every day (well 6 days) last week, and I noticed that even though I was eating bad... really bad...(Bday Food vlog coming soon 🤦🏻♀️😂) I lost 2 lbs and was not bloated at all from my poor diet!!!! Because I was doing a lot of WORK!!!! .
