1880. (2 photos) This beautiful City Island Victorian cottage sits right on Long Island Sound. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and a NYC landmark. It is one of only a handful of “picturesque cottages” remaining in New York City, and was built during a time when City Island was a thriving maritime community. Oysters, sailmaking, and ship building were the major enterprises. (Source: NYC Landmark Commission Report)

"Here's to the Crazy ones, the misfits, the rebels, the troublemakers.
The round pegs in the square holes. They're not fond of rules, and they don't have respect for the Status quo.
You can quote them. Disagree with them. Glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can't do is ignore them, because they change things.
They push the Human Race forward.
And some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius.
Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the World 🌎 are the ones who do."
