This may not be a lot to some but it has saved me during some hard times with gas, groceries, and for my kids..🙏 I JUST KNEW, deep down there was something just for me. I wasn't sure what it is but the whisper was there.💞 STILL blows my mind, that so many have no idea what I do, when I share it. They never heard of our programs, the opportunity, and that anyone can do this.
I've never bumped into a company where you can get healthy from the inside out, while helping others, and get financially rewarded too.
Somedays are not easy, and some days I’m so tired, but when I wake up to them everyday OUR tribe, they drive me to do better and be better.. I’m inspired every single day to keep going!

This is my current “lift” morning workout. It changes a lot and I changed it today. I keep tweaking it to things that work better for me. I’m thinking of doing this 3-4 days a week in the morning to help me tone up, get stronger and burn fat through the day. I stretch first, and this workout helps me feel more awake. I might dance or walk on the days I do this. I actually look forward to lifting now!! What?! I’m taking electro lights to help my body recover. I may need to look into other things, too. Also, I’m using 5lbs dumbbells, and may move up to 10lbs soon.
