Wassup Keto comrades💪🏻- I've been doing some morning cookery ! They aren't pretty but oh my god they are delicious. KETO PANINI's 🤤 it's one of those 4 cheese recipes, so if you like dairy you're in the right place! (Makes 8 portions) For the dough: place 210g (1 ball) of mozzarella with 4tbsp of cream cheese . Put in the microwave for 3 minutes(until cheese melted and combined) mixing frequently. In the mean time crush/blend up 50g of nuts into a powder and add that and 50g of milled linseed to the melted cheese. You will get a doughy consistency (if it's too wet add some more linseed). Split dough into 4 balls and roll/spread out into squares on a tray with baking parchment lining. Then you can fill them (by placing ingredients in the middle) with virtually whatever you want. I went for bacon, ham, cheddar and Gouda cheese 🥓🧀fold the edges, (if you've over filled then this will be hard so watch out) into a parcel. Cover in butter and cook for 20-40 minutes(varies with ovens) . When cooked put them in a preheated grill to brown and crisp up (add more butter and flip over). Watch carefully so they don't burn! Giant salads for dinner!! Perfect for the nights we have tons of activities going on. We heat up leftover chicken, and whatever meat we have, set the counter up like a salad bar, then the kids get their plates and walk through like they're at a restaurant lol! They love it and so do I!

It’s been a busy last few weeks. I haven’t really stuck to keto until the last week or two. I started eating more junk food and not working out, just giving into cravings. And I felt it. But my husband and I jumped in a few days of a “carb cleanse” and my body is happy.

My go to recipe using Wake Shake is-
8 oz coffee, silk almond milk, 1 tbs brain brew and a scoop of wake shake! So good! 😍☕😋 I also like the Wake Shake by itself with just almond milk. It's honestly the best tasting shake I've ever tried. I don't use it a ton but it's great to have around when you need it. I use it as a meal replacement but it tastes like a dessert! 💙
