This tree held so many burls! I wonder if it is diseased considering the amount of burls? Anyway, this trees grains have intersected so many times that it looks demented!
This photo was taken on the shoreline of Mallard Lake within Wehr Nature Center in Franklin, Wisconsin.
Even with a LAPTOP perched on my reclining chair, this moment doesn't seem like work.
A magical backdrop like this one, has the power transform any form of WORK into 'BLISS'.
Incidentally I had laughed out this proposition, when a close friend told me that this was possible. This was only a few months back.
Luckily for me, I claimed the moment with both hands, after life had slammed all other doors at me.
Today, I am so glad that I backed my friend's words with BELIEF.
If you are willing to believe, I offer you my friendship and the guidance that comes with it. The first step though, is BILIEF... 🙏
This was something I've never seen before... There were at least 30 more of these walls of sticks and leaves, and I instantly recognized how it came to. I was here in an extreme low tide, but apparently the Root River had flooded substantially awhile back. I'm glad I was able to capture such a unique piece.
Diving into UNCERTAINTY...
For long my experiences of diving have been associated with something enjoyable... playful...having a margin of safety to break that audacious fall...
Soon life found its way of educating me on the extended meaning that this act holds... I was to dive into lesser known waters and stay there beyond what my comforts could allow...Moving out of my corporate grind... without being sure of my next move...
This is often tagged as the messiest questions of our times... What safety net do you need to quit your job? And does it really work?
For now, my only safety net is my family and the other that comes really close is my overstated faith in the laws of nature... wait till I have the other end of the story to share with yall...
A positive mindset will most definitely enhance your travelling experience. If i'm not positive, then the whole experience surely becomes more of a challenge!
