was an embarrassment of riches! Not only did I catch the bubbly ooey gooey riclette stand (see my previous post) but these kebabs caught my nose way before they caught my eye, mmmmm. As I walked up I realized they were making the naan right there from scratch. It’s not necessarily rare to see a tandoor toasting away in the back of these vendors’ booths, but it fascinates me every time. Hopefully I didn’t weird them out with my staring 👀.
These folks, simply named “Afghan Kebab”, created a delicious and colorful sandwich ready for take away. If I hadn’t just eaten I probably would have scarfed down at least one. Just thinking about that buttery warm naan makes my heart flutter.
Fajita naan pizza! I used my leftover marinated steak and veggies, placing it on naan bread and baked it to perfection! So delicious!
