To lose fat a lot of people have the idea that everything you eat has to be 'clean'. Yes most of what you eat should be foods with just 1 ingredient, whole foods. But to keep you going & to stop you from binging and ruining all that hard work you should have little bit of something nice daily. Notice I said nice and not bad. NO food is bad, it just doesn't have as many nutrients as others but if it's gonna keep you in that all important calorie deficit and it's tracked, it's fine!
Ignore ANYONE who says 'owww I thought you were being good' or 'you shouldn't be eating that if you're on a diet'. You're NOT on a diet, you're choosing to eat better. These little things are my savours! These are what I look forward to and keep me within my calorie deficit. Yes I eat these EVERY DAY and I'm still losing body Fat!
