☠🍻 Horror Drunken Session 01.
Friday the 13th (1980-1989). Just restarting my drunken horror movie reviews in this new account.
Beyond all superstition, there is a holiday that can be celebrated more than once a year. A day on the calendary that was marked my life since I was a kid and entitled one of the greatest slasher milestones on horror and filmmaking history.
I think I can't say something new about Friday the 13th but just express my love and respect to the eternal hookey-masked killer with machete at a hand. All begun emerging from the deepest waters of Cristal Lake as an attemp of american reeboot of Mario Bava's classic giallo A Bay of Blood and ended up drowned under the sewers of Manhattan. Then Jason Voorhees was taken straight out of hell and back to life (one more time) to to face against another nightmare horror icon: Freddy Krueger, but that is another story.
I think the perfect formula to have kept alive a franchise like this in more than eight parts is in all those fascinating and funny deaths. So every friday the 13th is the perfect excuse to unearth the entire collection and drink the most bitter craft beer.
