I teach, train & mentor women with Fitness, Nutrition, Supplements & in Business~it’s a huge passion I have. ❤️💯But I also get the opportunity to Coach...& my heart is helping women lose & get rid of those things that are physically, mentally & emotionally weighing them down in so many areas of their life, and at the same time, GAIN these 3 words. I wake up every day praying for opportunities to help at least one more woman have more self love so that they can start to see themselves the way they were so uniquely designed & created & know that are valuable, loved, & adored with so much value to add to change lives on a daily basis. 🙏🏻🙌🏻💞 It’s hard to give what you don’t have. It’s hard to pour from an empty cup. It’s hard to love others when you are unloving to yourself.
1️⃣Ladies, you’re more than just your body, you’re a unique individual with many different skills and positives. However, if your body isn’t healthy or you have no energy, you won’t be able to share those with the world.
2️⃣Start being happy now. Don’t ever say that you’ll be happy, motivated or more self-loving when you lose weight. If you’re unhappy, find the cause. In most cases, it’s not the weight, but something more. Once you solve that, you’ll find weight loss is easier.
3️⃣ Remember that weight loss and fitness is always about more than just looking good. It helps you stay healthier, have more energy & reduce the risk of serious illnesses or conditions.
