2 laying Hamstring Curl variations from today’s Hamstring session! Wrapped the session up of 100 reps each on Calves and Glutes!
Taken from yesterday’s Upper Body session! Trying to keep tension in my chest throughout the whole movement, including the negative phase. Only 1 chest exercise done, but the stimulation was incredible!
Continuing on from today’s Upper body session: 1 exercise each for Biceps and triceps! Max contraction and emphasising the squeeze at the bottom of the exercise!
Small weights, small reps, for a small person. Keeping maximum tension on my side delts during today’s Upper Body session!
1st Leg session of the week - majorly quads-focused! 2nd exercise in: 4 x 10-12 reps slow eccentric phase with maximum ROM, before exploding out of the hole, but not locking my knees out - which keeps the load on the Quads!
Few clips from today’s Back / Biceps / Glutes Session! Morning bodyweight was 82.0kg, with cardio being increased and holding food! No changes to my current training either, so looking to push the weight each session now!
Few clips from today’s Chest / Delts / Triceps Session - wrapped up with 100 reps of calves to finish! Hovering around the 82kg mark currently (fasted) - and looking to keep dropping moderately! All lifts are as strong as ever, and food is as high as ever, so excited to see the changes in the coming weeks!
Second Leg session of the week ✅ Mainly Hamstring-orientated, with some stimulation work on Quads and 100 reps of calves to finish! Everything is falling into place nicely!
