My Monday has been so great!! How about yours?! •• I FINALLY got back into my second home (@munschfitness )after a weekend get away with some of my favorite people! I got to watch my first ever show && I’m so so so ready to compete! It definitely lit a fire in me and pushed me to finally pursue this new adventure!! Just need to find the right coach for me! •• This weekend was seriously so fun! I ate so much delicious food! Like I’m pretty sure I had a doughnut at every meal Sunday 😝 BUT YOU KNOW WHAT?! I weighed in at the exact same weight I did Friday! I look the same. I feel the same. It’s a great reminder it’s ok to be human. It’s ok to not macro count a weekend. So often I get asked “what do you do after you eat bad one day” and it’s always “ the same shit I do EVERY day.” I do not let a bad day, or weekend ruin my life. I don’t stress it. Simply move on. Every day is a new day && you should treat it as such. Stay consistent but don’t be afraid to enjoy the weekend get away, the family bbq, or your secret oreo stash. •• Ok but honestly it felt good to get on track. I loveeee macro counting. The quality is 💩 in the left photo (thank goodness) but I think you’ll get the point. ••• There’s a 4.5 year difference between these photos && a world of a difference. •• The girl in the left photo weighs just as much as the girl in right (can you believe that 🙀) except that girl was drinking every night, dealing with an unhealthy relationship, unemployed,selfish, unhealthy. The only exercise I got was walking from party to party. I do not regret this time, because I made so many memories (good&bad) && grew so much. •• The girl on the right. Me today, still not perfect, still learning self love and still growing physically and mentally . Rarely ever ever drink, healthy, happy, married with an additional 2 kids. Today I had one of the hardest workout in awhile. You know the one that you try to push yourself past your limit && don’t do as good as you know you CAN? It got in my head so hard, && it ruined my mood so bad. But one of my really great gym pals looked at me & said “ At least when you fail here you know in the end it’s a gain. We may not see it that way at first, but I guarantee when you do this particular workout again you’ll do even better.” && that’s exactly what this sis needed. ••• I coulda quit, I coulda not pushed myself at all && just went through the movements, but I didn’t, I can’t, I won’t.
