Finally getting a break from the indoor trainer and racking up some miles under the South Florida heat!
Stepping into the weekend like.... That @multirace
finish line feeling 👌🏼👌🏼 Join us on Sunday, August 12th and cross the finish line at the 3rd #triathlontrilogy
of the series!
Is not Rocket Science.. if you train hard you can race hard.. having a bike battle with the guy behind me till we got to the bridge.. I was able to get ahead on the bridge and sprinted in transition. Was blocked by 2 ladies so could not get my shoes quick enough.. Then we battled on the run, chasing him made me run a 19:40 split off a 25MPH bike split.
Can’t get over Sunday’s race 😝 Excited for Trilogy #3
coming up... Let’s see how much stronger we can get in four weeks🔥🔥 #whosready #cantstopwontstop
Enjoying the Tour on my rest day. Taking time to rest, stretch and fuel are key to getting stronger. I wish I learned the importance and impact of recovery back when I played football. As an age group athlete recovery and rest have been vital to my success and endurance. #triathlon #triathlete #multiraceteam
That's list of my babies pls protect them like I do

, what better #TBT
than taking it back to my very first #triathlon
on March of 2012
Shortest yet longest swim ever! Lol (sprint distance)
Better than the podium is realizing that progress is being made. While there's a lot of work to be done on my swim, I'm happy to see a 40 seconds improvement from last month's @multirace #Trilogy #1
. Thanks to teammate @gepubadala
for all the tips and pointers these last couple of weeks!
Have a great start of the week everyone!
Today I conquered a huge challenge, my first sprint triathlon. The whole time you are thinking what did I get my self into? But some how when you are done you say to yourself I'm definitely doing it again. When you sign up for a race, it's not about getting first place, it's about pushing your limits and feeling proud that you gave it 100%. I came in at 4th in my age group at 1:11 which is a lot better than I had predicted. Every race teaches you a lesson, today I learned about not giving up and how important the support of my family and friends weights on my performance. Can't thank you guys enough, I'm pretty sure everyone at the race was jealous of my #squad
