We always have to give thanks to our hard working local guides and show appreciation for the effort and commitment these true mountain men contribute on each and every hunt. Their skill and experience is unrivalled and the knowledge of ibex and sheep they carry into the field is invaluable.
Start planning that 2018 hunt now, we have limited openings for a range of species and can put together any hunt to suit both individuals or groups.
Ibex and sheep are surprisingly affordable and one of the last great adventures a travelling hunter will experience.
Possibly the best trail cam harvest shot we have seen for a long time.
captured it all from the hunter in the tree to the deer and the arrow penetrating the chest cavity.
Such a clean, efficient way to harvest and obtain your free range organic protein. Well done guys. 👍🏻
What’s that back there? 🙈
Great trophy! What a cracking fallow buck. This beautiful black caped Buck was taken by Santiago Rossi @santyrossi.
This is a seriously quality buck, big fronts, quards and thickness. Check out Santiago’s page for more. Great trophy mate. Congrats 👊
This summer I was fortunate enough to run into this deer just about every time I went scouting. With a draw tag in my pocket I hunted him hard but to no avail. Unfortunately I was just informed he was taken after the draw season had ended. #riplenny #muledeer
I don’t do cold well... 🙅🏼♀️ even though I grew up in Idaho! The crazy thing about this picture, is that it was bone dry and not a cloud in the sky the day before. It better be nice and sunshiny in Salt Lake during the expo 😁
sent in this neat clip of a herd of fallow growing out on his local patch of ground. It’s a great time of year to see antler development and growth and look over a few bucks that might have made it through previous years. You will soon get an idea of what animals are showing potential and those that might not grow into a desirable stylish animal.
Always remember fallow can keep growing and fully mature at 10.5 and 11.5 years of age in the right circumstance, so next time you see a 200 ds type 4.5 year get whacked and the hunter talk about it being a mature deer, take a minute to understand that these type of deer still had a long way to go before being at maximum antler growth.
Not every buck in Australia has the genetics to be a super star, but if they don’t get age none of them will ever have a chance of growing what they are capable of.
Make smart decisions for both now and the future with what you harvest in 2018 across all species. 👍🏻
Sheep skull carving wip. I am working on this till I can start my next project :D I am naming this one Mother Eagle. There is a high chance I might completely ruin it but that's the rist I'm willing to take :)
