How do you have a flat stomach while you grow/maintain a thick lower half?
If your goal is to lose fat while building muscle, it’s not going to happen.
You’ll stick yourself in a shitty, unrealistic loop of lies.
Let me tell ya: my stomach is ‘slim’ because I eat healthy. Whether you are in a BULK or in a CUT- IF YOU EAT GOOD WHOLE FOOD YOU WILL LOOK/STAY LEAN.
I’m sure you’ve all seen a fitspo do a clean bulk and wonder how they still have abs, right? It’s because they’re not eating a bunch of shit food- they’re just eating MORE good food.
Now, my legs look big during this cut, because my legs have just gotten that big.
I’ve got 3 real ‘bulking seasons’ under my belt and I don’t mess around during them. I push myself.
You can’t follow one 8 week program you bought online and expect to have your dream body.
It’s allllllll a huge long process.
Been doing shows/in the gym for 5 years and I am JUST NOW starting to see the results I’ve been working towards.
And it’s not like I haven’t enjoyed the progress I made along the way, it’s just that I want pretty big muscles though so if that’s not your goal it shouldn’t take you that long!
All in all, no workout routine will outshine a whole, balanced diet.
You want a big butt? Eat a lot of good food, train hard & heavy, and hit your core exercises often.
You want a flat stomach? Eat enough good food, train hard, and do a little cardio.
Now go kick this weeks’ butt!!!
