SPRING INTO LIFE#1
...While we transform every single day, the changing seasons remind us to be bold and seize all opportunities we encounter. The vibrant colors that Spring to life during this season, reminds us to shed old ideas that no longer serve our highest good.
We all should understand how to make a difference without making a lot of noise. If we all think that the only way to get things done is to shout louder and louder and take up more center-stage space, we'll miss the opportunities to listen, learn, and respond thoughtfully.
This approach is well suited to the introvert temperament which involves patience, planning, and perseverance and this is something which we can learn and embrace from introverts.
I am proud of myself for how far I have come with the relationship I have with myself. ♥️ The most important relationship you have is with yourself. You have to treat yourself like a Queen/King or like you the Sh** to know how it feels and to expect nothing different from anyone else. ———————————————————————————
I honestly remember beating myself down daily. It was so bad that when I was bullied in middle/ high school I didn’t feel anything because nothing compared to the things I felt about my own self. But one day someone amazing said “you don’t say affirmations to yourself every day?” And I honestly didn’t even know what that was lol. so that’s when the journey began... I got an affirmation journal that I wrote in it everyday and its has changed everything!
Today the love, respect, and support I have for myself is amazing, the confidence that just keeps growing, I’ve literally become my own hype man. And Yes I still have hard days still but those days don’t mean sh**. I’m to far inlove, there is no point of return 😏🔥
So if don’t already do this, I encourage you to get an affirmations journal or just say them out loud everyday while looking in the mirror! I promise you won’t regret it!
Be the one that keeps going, not the one that gives up 🕜

💥👊HOW TO DO A REAL PULLUP👊💥 The pullup predominately targets the Lats, traps, rhomboids & rear delts.
The pullup is always a good test of strength to nail this exercise follow these guidelines.
1. From the hanging position inititate movement by drawing the shoulder blades down and pulling yourself up until chin is over bar.
2. Lower yourself down with control whilst inhaling, return to hanging position with arms fully extended ready for next rep:). Quality over quantity enjoy.
Don’t rush your actions. Think first and then decide what’s the best for you 😊
