Thoughts on this house design?
Nice little modern house!
If you were going to party on this yacht, who would you bring with you? 😎 ⚓️ ⛵️

Range Rovers are beautiful but they seem to have lots of problems. Better off investing the money ✌🏻
Consumer debt payments 💰💳
I was so pleased with January’s efforts being our first month of being serious about paying down debt! - But then this month came our unexpected lump sum payout from income protection. If you’ve been following our journey you’ll know that this was actually from the first half of last year. So to us it has been like forced savings... but we weren’t expecting the amount we got, so it was a very nice surprise!! 💵 - We have thrown everything we have at our debt this month and managed to clear and close 3 credit cards. - I wish it could be like this every month but I can definitely say we won’t have that much to throw at debt again. Next week will be our first wages both on half pay. It will be tough but we are still hoping to put any extra money we have left over from the budget onto our last credit card. 💳🌟💰❤️
What are you up to this weekend? We have a few ideas 💡:
☑️ Find an aspect of your career you haven’t developed in a while and read on the latest developments in that regard. Remaining abreast of what’s happening in your industry is key to success.
☑️ Are you truly saving enough? Look at the debit orders or outgoing money going towards your savings/investment and have an honest reflection on whether you could be doing better. As a general rule, you should be saving 10% of your income - eg if you earn R20 000, save a minimum of R2000 monthly. ☑️ The Rand is getting stronger and it’s an excellent time to invest offshore or buy foreign currency- read on the best ways of doing so, and look out for an article on offshore investments coming shortly to our site!
☑️ Rest - seriously! Sometimes the most productive thing you can do, is to rest!
wishes you a wonderful weekend!
