The journey inside of ourselves can be summed up by many different words, but today’s word is fear.
While this post depicts a lovely scene, I had to climb a hill just to get to it. Recently, and during my journey through Maryland and this forest and hill/mountain, I’ve contemplated the concept of fear A LOT and just how unnecessary it is to our lives. I talk about moving mountains in my posts, and it seemed relatable to fear to me. So, let’s have at it!
Thus far, i’ve courageously gone vegan, quit nasty addictions, let go of toxic relationships that held me back from becoming my best self, taught myself to write with my non-dominant hand (which was uncomfortable in the beginning) and more.
Honestly, though? The kind of life I want to live and fully excel at is one where I find myself NOT lying on my deathbed later on in life with eyes full of regret. To make this possible, I think I have to let go of fear altogether.
Now, don’t get me wrong. If I’m in a forest and a huge black bear 🐻 comes runnin’ at me, I’d better run if I want to live.
No... to me, letting go of fear entails recognizing that I have the potential to create absolutely ANYTHING I want in life, and not letting fear be a player. At all. Like, my feet need to step into action before fear has an opportunity to contemplate 🤔
I’m talking about the boy meets girl, boy likes girl, but boy doesn’t ask girl out because he’s terrified of rejection type of fear, or man is granted the opportunity to create ANYTHING he wants in his life, but man settles for mediocrity because man is terrified to step outside of his comfort zone type of fear. 👈 this is the kind of fear that I’m talking about eliminating.
We have two choices, my friends. We can either deeply recognize how profound this opportunity of life is, with all of our potential to create literally ANYTHING we want and just tell fear to go fuck itself, or we can lay on our deathbeds later on with eyes full of regret. The closest we can get to understanding regret is volunteering in a nursing/retirement home.
Together, my friends, we can change our minds, lives, and shape our destinies.
Keep moving mountains, my friends!
If things aren't working? Try something new.
Change your mindset. Change your patterns.
Change your perspective. Take a step back look at the big picture. At the end of the day?
You gotta take care of you!

Es un contexto muy grande como para explicarles por este medio, digamos que en general significa BIENESTAR. Muy corta no ? Pero implica una gran responsabilidad. ( cuerpo, mente, espíritu )
Vemos muy seguido cuerpos delgados y tonificados que la verdad .. me cuesta trabajo entender como sucede esto de una manera tan “específica” sin que las demás partes se desarrollen como también tantas dietas hipo calóricas que de milagro no se desmayan entrenando.. EN LA VIDA REAL..Todo requiere un esfuerzo, un comer bien , un tiempo , un cambio progresivo, un equivocarse y retomar, dedicación, reposo , recuperación.
Las ganancias reales son cuando esto se construye y se trabaja. Aquí es donde vemos los resultados reales .. No Es MAGIA .. es TRABAJO BIEN HECHO .. es CIENCIA. “Work Hard Play Hard” 🤷🏽♀️😁🤟🏼

Now, if you know me, you know I'm the BIGGEST proponent of fun and silliness and wild creativity -
for EVERY human: child, adult alike!
As adults looking to succeed in business though,
and again, this is *especially* true if you have a long experience of this in childhood,
and you're IMBALANCED in your money life, because of it,
you've got to let go of a BIG chunk of the magical thinking,
to GROUND YOURSELF on the physical plane,
where money actually lives.
If you don't care about money, or making much of it,
or you have someone else to manage it for you (which I don't recommend, but to each her own), then ignore this post.
Magical money thinking creates disasters otherwise.... always waiting for the next "magical influx" of money,
without a plan for it,
without an intention for what you'll do with it.
This is dangerous, because it’s a recipe for inconsistency.
Magical thinking is BEAUTIFUL and necessary, don't get me wrong ... but too much of it ruins many-an-entrepreneur's life.
And I don't want you to be one of them.

A lot of my own personal anxiety stems from focusing on my flaws. In one of my recent Insta Lives I talked about being a garden and watering the parts of your garden that you Love instead of focusing on the weeds.
At the time I wasn’t really sure if I explained myself perfectly (who else freaks out when things aren’t PERFECT 😂) But I think I’ve gained another layer of clarity and I’d like to share
Your “flaws” make you so fucking awesome. Think you talk to much? That’s an amazing quality of your LIVELY personality. Think you’re too shy! That brings so many people PEACE. Think you aren’t smart enough to accomplish your dreams? Your efforts, big and small, serve as a beaming light of inspiration for others. Don’t like your body? Your body is flawless and is a tool that is a BLESSING! You are sexy, and you are a wonderland of epic-ness!!!! Think you’re too controlling? Your personality was perfectly created for you to LEAD. Getting down on yourself for being lazy? You’re a professional relaxer and a lot of people in this world could learn from you! .... Do you get my point?! Lol YOU’RE PERFECT AND DON’T LET ANYONE TELL YOU ANY DIFFERENT! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I could go on and on about being FLAWSOME, but I’ll end with this. I have been blessed in this life to have experienced many different people... and I have learned that everyone is so perfectly flawsome and it is in fact our strange differences and tendencies that make this life so incredible in that every day, in every way we are presented with opportunities to LOVE!!!!!! To love what we encounter and most importantly to love ourselves... to the CORE!
It’s easier said than done. But I’ll share one thing that REALLY helps me. Try talking to yourself like the BEST person in your life would talk to you. Talk to yourself as if you were a child. And tell me if you can continue to talk to yourself in the patterns that the illusion of ‘adulthood’ has imprinted on us. #FoodForThought

A week ago I hurt my back. 😭 I haven't been able to workout and I LOVE💓 to workout. I've been trying to just focus on nutrition and our new program. (My back felt so much better today but still taking it easy)
Perhaps it's due to PMS (sorry guys) or probably because I haven't been drinking enough water...but I have just felt like 💩 this week. My food hasn't been horrible but I've felt bloated as a 🐳 and to be perfectly honest...I have felt like the girl on the left. I took this picture with the specific purpose to compare...and I prayed it would look different! .
Although I am still not where I want to be... I am happy that the changes I am making are visibly making a difference. I am loving vegetables🌶🥑🍄🥕, and am even learning new ways to make ones I have never tried🍆. .
We always want the weight to come off as quickly as possible but in reality...that isn't healthy NOR will it last. I've dropped pounds 📉quick before trying fad diets...but as soon as I stopped eating that way, the weight came right back on. It was a vicious cycle! I'm so glad to be rid of that shit! 😆
I need to allow my MINDSET 🙈🙉🙊to shift with food and this is the program that's going to make that happen! You CAN eat and lose weight. You CAN eat and still feel amazing. Stop limiting and depriving yourself...this journey is worth it! 💕💞
