This book itself can provide you with a robust reading list of all the best books on leadership & growth. Itâs filled with many pieces of wisdom drawn from the worldâs best thinkers & practioners. This is the second time Iâve trained by myself with no music. Just to be with my thoughts, and use my own motivation and drive to get done what I need to get done.

It might sound weird, and some may need to escape their mind and their thoughts. These last two sessions and in my life Iâm learning more and more to enjoy my presence. .
Iâve always been the heavier and louder the better. Although Iâm all for learning.

I felt myself beginning to wander at times, which is when music may drown that out and bring me back to the now. But with dead silence, I donât know that I like it, but if Iâm to get the work done itâs solely internally up to me - which is a lesson for life as well.
