Change the way you see things to make positive gain
If we look at change with a negative mindset we are rejecting all the positives gain that comes with it. So if you think being healthy is boring, expensive, time consuming then find ways to change this mindset. Follow people who can make it easy, who have tips, find recipes online or simply change some habits. For example do you have biscuits or chocolate bar at 3pm everyday? Why not switch this for trail mix or yoghurt and berries. If that fix is normal for you it will take time to retrain your mind. But if you don't try you will never change your mind and lose out on seeing what remarkable things you're capable of.
Most of you will recognise this meal, I have changed the way you'd typically see it but comment below what you think it is 👇.
No makeup . No problem. Not only has clean eating changed my body, it has also changed my skin. I used to be extremely acne prone and never left my house without makeup. Now most days I rarely even wear it.
Feeling really shitty and sick with a sinus infection and a touch of vertigo..... Massive struggle to hit macros... Not in any humor for food .... yet I fancied a curry 🤔
These are a life saver from @dublinmeatcompany #cleanchickencurry
Here’s a super easy recipe that you can use for when you’re short on time and need a protein packed low calorie meal. 🎯
I present the humble chicken and vegetable stir fry, guaranteed to fit your diet goals.
Chop up all your favourite veg first. I went with; red and yellow peppers, onions and some garlic.
Heat up some oil on a high heat and brown off the diced chicken. Bring it down to a medium heat and add the veg.
Seasoning depends on your taste buds but there’s literally so many options in most shops you just can’t get it wrong. Add it into the mix and keep stirring until it’s done. :)
This will take 15 minutes to make max! It tastes DAMN good whilst keep you on track. 💪🏼
Tag a mate who can’t cook and needs this advice. 😂
Because micronutrients matter too. 🥗🥕🥦🥒🥑
In a world of “fad diets”... focus on what works for YOU. We are all different and that also means our nutritional needs are all unique. There’s no “one size fits all” when it comes to nutrition.
What may work well for someone else might not be right for you, example: keto, vegan, intermittent fasting. It makes a huge difference when you learn what your body needs as fuel and also realize that those needs will not always stay the same.
Us poor vegans 🤤 I really had no idea it would be this easy. I’d see vegan pages on here and think it was somehow above me. I thought that’s amazing, I wish I could do that. There was some kind of mental block, I just thought it would be too hard, I wouldn’t know how to properly plan meals, I wouldn’t know how to make anything taste good. I’m here to tell you it is SO EASY. And so delicious. And I’m here to help if you need me ☺️🤗
Are you asking if I made this? YES, and the best part is that anyone can do it (see below how). For a few weeks now I've been craving salmon steak, yeah a big one. and here is the result of my cravings, really if it wasn't because my husband is at home. I've eaten his piece too.
Cajun baked salmon (cajun seasoning I made my own with not salt) I mixed the seasoning with a little olive oil and salt, then used a silicon brush to marinate the salmon, pre-heat the oven at 350F used a grill pan, when the oven was ready I baked it until the skin was crispy.
For the corn salad, corn (grilled or from a can) cherry tomatoes, avocado, cilantro, chile lime from trader joes, olive oil and lemon juice. mix everything and you are done.
Deets: put the salmon on top the baby arugula, on the other side put the corn salad, sprinkle the salad with red pepper flakes and ready for the pic.
Updating.. My daughter scores are amazing, she is perfectly normal for her age. Such a great relive.

Don’t forgot about micronutrients! This is my standard breakfast. I always make sure to include peanut butter in my breakfast as I am a morning workout person and peanut butter is a great source of both magnesium and sodium, which are both important after intense physical activity. Plus I love peanut butter 😍

Smartness vs Intelligence
Knowing all the nutrition plans, workout styles, and exercises
Knowing when to workout, when to rest, how to fuel your body, and treat yourself too
Learned information compared to the ability to consistently learn new things
Using a cookie cutter program compared to learning what program works best for your body and goals
Knowing you must work hard compared to knowing when to push and when to recover for maximum results
Holding absolute power in exact numbers of weight, muscle mass, body of fat mass day to day
Knowing consistency in accordance with productive eating habits, healthy exercise, and recover/sleep will produce results, however inconsistent they show on the scale 😁
Don’t be smart about fitness. Be intelligent.
Was nervous to post this progress pic, working hard on building that intelligent ass no smart ass -

The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, worry about the future, or anticipate troubles, but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly. – Buddha
Living a healthy lifestyle doesn’t mean eating kale everyday but finding joys in the ordinary, taking time for yourself, investing in nutritious tasty foods, plenty of sleep and lots of movement everyday.
Health isn’t the latest diet, or hating your body. It’s treating yourself with kindness. That’s why you eat well, sleep enough and move often. That’s health.

A question I often hear from clients, what’s the deal with macros and micros? Macros, short for Macronutrients are the sources from which we derive calories (energy).
There are 3 sources of macronutrients:
-We convert carbohydrates into sugar (glucose) in the body. This glucose is then converted into (glycogen) and shuttled into the muscles to provide energy and fuel to the body.
-The thing about glycogen, is that the muscles can only store so much.
-So what happens once your muscle stores are all full and there is no other place for the glycogen aka glucose aka sugar aka carbohydrates to go? It has to go somewhere right?
-It stores itself in the subcutaneous layer of fat just below the skin. We also know that carbohydrates by nature DRAW water in, so this explains that if we OVERCARB we feel like bloated beluga whales.
-The body really doesn’t need a ton of carbohydrates to fill its muscle stores.
-Once you hit that point of feeling bloated (carb spillover) it is a clear sign that your body is saying it’s reached its threshold and the rest will be stored for use at a later time.
-Micros, short for Micronutrients are the sources from which we derive the essential vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and nutrients from the foods we eat.
-Micronutrients work in tandem with macronutrients to keep the body functioning and are crucial in order to maintain energy levels, metabolism, cellular function, and physical and mental wellbeing.
-The issue with the standard American diet is over consumption of foods high in CALORIES, but devoid of micronutrients.
-The body NEEDS a wide range of macronutrients to work optimally, and if it does not receive what it needs after eating a meal, it will send a signal to your brain that you’re still hungry.
-The fact is that you are not hungry, you have consumed more than enough MACRONUTRIENTS, but you have not received the MICRONUTRIENTS that your body needs to feel satiated.
-What’s the cure?
-Derive your calories from high quality, all natural sources of macronutrients.
Loads of micronutrients to start my day! 💃🏻 If scrambled egg bowls aren’t a thing, they should be! Eat for health and prevention!
