Do you ever have one of those moments where you stop and look around and wonder how you got here 🤔 what amazing cosmic crossing of paths led to this moment that you would have never imagined for yourself but that you are indescribably content with ❤️ Tonight as I was packing for my trip to Indy 🏁 I had one of those moments. A moment where I stopped and thought to myself if you had told me five years ago I’d be doing this I would have said you were crazy. How could I possibly be someone who would inspire others to get healthy. How could I be someone who would have their own business. How could I possibly do those things when I have two kids 👦🏼👱🏻♀️ and a full time job 👩🏼🔬 to worry about
And yet here I am ❤️ I don’t know why I made the leap when my best friend offered the chance. Maybe because I finally found something that worked for me, maybe because I knew I could leave if (read when 🙈) I failed. All I know is that I leapt and never looked back.
Sometimes in life the path brings us to a place where we can either stay the road or we can make the leap into the unknown. Sometimes that leap will be just a detour back to our true path but sometimes that leap will lead us on a journey of epic proportions and we will feel so blessed and fortunate for having found this road.
That is where I stand tonight ❤️ so blessed and fortunate to be on the brink of another adventure. I cannot wait to hug my tribe, hug them hard and to give them little tokens to remember this great trip.

No special filter, no special dinner. Just what I had laying around. I have been having trouble eating all my SP daily. I have started a new lifting program & normally I am ravished after the gym; not lately. So I am double tracking WW & MFP. Between 1300-1700 cals a day hitting all macros but having 10-15 SP left over a day. So we will see what happens next WI.

- I still crack up at the picture on the left 😂 it completely embodies my college alter ego, Ham. Both pics are from fun-filled, carefree summer days, four years apart. Today, I have a much better balance of my eating, drinking, and indulging. Then, my weeks were a free for all (I see you, chicken bacon ranch pizza) and in between drinks, I was self-conscious and uncomfortable. I’m in a really good place with my health journey right now and I’m glad I can look back on these awesome college memories with a smile 🍕❤️🦊

spaghetti a try and I think I found a winner. I love spaghetti so much but pasta is sooooo many points, so this will be a great alternative. The entire package is only 1sp. ONE!! I made the sauce with yves veggie ground, peppers, onions, mushrooms, spices, and pasta sauce 1sp. Side salad with bolthouse caesar dressing 2sp, and half of a cheesy garlic toast pita 3sp. Topped it all of with light parmesan 1sp.
