I’ve been following my Herbalife nutrition plan for the last 8 years and what I love most about it is how easy it is to follow no matter whether you want to lose weight/gain muscle/ maintain doesn’t matter it’s simple. I like to change it up, so I’ve gone from putting on 25lbs of lean muscle, to wanting to lean out a bit and dropping 15LBS to now most recently wanting to add a bit more weight again.
