잡채가 무슨 건강식이람! 하실수도 있지만 간을 조금만 하고 여러가지 토핑을 올리면 나름 탄단지섬 맞출 수 있는 한그릇 음식인 것 같아요! 저희 집에는 참기름이 없어서 호두기름을 쓰고있어서 잡채의 짭쪼름함은 없지만 고소한 향이 좋았구 부족한 간은 살짝 매운고추로 채워주니 괜찮더라구용! 또 고기대신 새우를 넣는것도 괜찮은 방법인 것 같아요👍🏼 감사히 잘먹었습니다🙏🏼

This is NOT a “one diet is better than the other” post, it’s just me explaining to you WHY you experience faster WEIGHT loss when approaching a keto diet (in the first weeks) compared to a high/higher carb one.
It’s pretty simple: what makes Keto so wonderful and money making (for the coaches who promote it) is the fast initial weight loss related to the carbohydrate reduction. Each gram of carbs retains 2.4-3g of water per actual gram of carb, so reducing carbohydrate intake results in a drop in bodyweight. Chillax though, it’s just water: you’re just as fat as you were before, but because you’ve reduced your carb intake, you’re simply NOT retaining as much water as you previously did. However, you see your weight go down so quick so you’re placebo-ly happy.
Quite infact FAT LOSS is THE SAME, let me say it again: FAT LOSS IS THE SAME for both diets, and this is WHY there’s difference between saying “weight” and “fat” loss, fellas. -

Today was my first day at my new gym! I think I'll really like it here😊.
I hit chest today! My workout consited of:
4 sets incline dumbell press.
. . 4 sets flat barbell bench press.
. . 3 sets pec flys in the high position, and then 3 more sets in the low position.
Super simple, nothing fancy😂.
Usually I like to work my legs with chest because they are some of the biggest muscles in your body which causes a bigger testosterone release, thus helping both muscle groups grow more efficiently.
