Meal prep doesn’t have to be boring although I do keep things pretty simple I try and make it tasty too 😋 at the moment I’m enjoying being able to add sauces to meals (it’s the little things 😂) pictured is what I have for lunch; 150g of chicken thigh + 125g of basmati rice + 50g of beans and 80g serving of Kantongs Satay sauce coming in at 540cals per container with 38g Protein/ 62g Carbs and 15g fats 😚😚 if you would like to see more meal prep ideas flick me a DM or comment below 💖💖
Hope you guys had a great weekend! When I was working uptown, Chipotle 🌯 was one of my fave places to eat - I got the salads all the time - so filling and relatively inexpensive compared to some other lunch options 🙌🏼💸
Salads are a great option 🥗 vs. the burrito 🌯 - you’ll save a lot of cals and refined carbohydrates 🙋🏻♀️

Food diary this week! 🍫 I love eating multiple small meals a day when I work in my office.
Reminder though, whether you’re trying to lose weight or put on muscle, it’s not that amount of meals you eat that matter really, but whether or not you’re hitting your totally calorie goals. Below is what works for me:
Meal 1: 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1 tsp honey + raspberries
Meal 2: Almonds + mini bell peppers + baby carrots
Meal 3: Eggs salad jar layers bottom to top - balsamic vinegar, zoodles, tomatoes, olives, mushrooms, 2 eggs & mixed greens
Meal 4: 4oz ground bison, tomatoes, steam broccoli + steam squash
Meal 5: Instant pot veggie chicken soup
Night snack: 85% trader Joe’s dark chocolate, @FourSigmatic
cocoa, & chocolate @shakeology.

Korean Beef Bowl packed with angus ground beef, Korean spices, agave, green onions, served over quinoa and a side of seasonal veggies.

I can’t get over how amazing these “2 ingredient bagels” are 😍 they are so soft and fluffy! The full, printable recipe is on my blog.
▪️1 cup all purpose flour
▪️1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt (I used Stonyfield)
▪️2 tsp baking powder*
▪️1/2 tsp salt*
1️⃣preheat the oven to 375F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray
2️⃣mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined. Add in the Greek yogurt and mix with a spatula
3️⃣lightly flour the counter and kneed your batter until a dough forms (I needed to add a bit more flour to my mixture because it was too sticky)
4️⃣separate into 4 even sections. Roll each section into a log and form a circle. Set them on your baking sheet with some room for them to rise
5️⃣if adding toppings - lightly brush the tops with egg white and add hot desired toppings
6️⃣bake on the top rack for 25 minutes
MACROS (for one bagel): 0f/26.7c/8.8p ✅
*👩🏻🍳OPTION - you can also use self-rising flour, and then you can omit the baking powder and salt

Dinner and cooking don’t have to be hard! By Friday’s it’s seems like there’s not much left in the house..there’s not much left in me to wanna cook! And it’s always a lot easier to just order!
But we all know there’s a leftover and some fresh food somewhere in that fridge of ours!!
Having healthy quick foods always available is super important to food prepping!
1. Always have salad 🥗 stuff
2. Avocados at various readiness are filling and easy
3. Healthy chicken sausage or grilled chicken is a must!
Food prepping and menu planning for me is about -looking at my week ahead and seeing what days and where people need to be & when.
-making healthy extras like above to have for quick on the go meals
-fresh veggies already cut and ready to go

Dinner for the night, I was hoping to eat while finishing my puzzle but someone came by and finished it while I was away, so now it's time to start over.
Dinner is oatmeal cooked with chicken broth seasoned with ginger paste, garlic salt, and thickened with mashed sweet potato. Toppings are celery, onion, green onion and garlic cooked in bacon fat and butter, boiled Brussels sprouts topped with crispy bacon, sautéed tilapia marinated in apple cider vinegar, celery seed and paprika, and a 7 minute egg. .
