He gets 6oz protein while I do 4oz protein at most meals His carbs are almost always more (I went for zoodles in this case) He can do slightly more healthy fats than me (I.e. 1 1/2 oz mozzarella vs my 1 oz) . Ladies most definitely don’t be afraid to eat more veggies than them ❤️ . His meal: 6oz drumsticks 2oz green lentil pasta 1 1/2 cups marinara 1/2 cup tomatoes 1 1/2 oz fresh mozzarella 3 basil leaves . Perspective is a funny thing. Back in my CrossFit days, a 250lb snatch would have been quite a strong lift among the community. Fast forward to weightlifting and this 115kg snatch feels inadequate. It's nearly a normal training weight. What I want is a 160kg + snatch and 190kg + cj. These are numbers I didn't think would ever be possible. Now I'm just trying to figure it how to hold together to get them. I know it's within my grasp. Not eating after 7pm. No takeaways. It won't last. Tell a kid not to climb a wall and they'll climb the wall. Tell someone they're not allowed Pizza and they'll want Pizza. A good diet is the one you can stick to. That's what I do, create something you can continue, tweak, and maintain. No more silly restrive diets please?

One of my fav easy Summer salads- Zucchini-Carrot-Avocado salad🥗👌😍 Ingredients: 2 medium zucchini 1large carrot 1/4 avocado edamame beans (optional) olive oil salt fresh basil leaves. . Prepare zucchini and carrot by spiralizing on the thick julienne setting. Set aside. Add avocado ( cuted into cubes) and edamame beans. Add olive oil and sprinkle with some salt. Enjoy!
