Pasas muchas horas sentado trabajando o estudiando? Te voy a dar unos pequeños consejos para que te muevas un poco más i no tengas excusas: 1.Ves caminando al trabajo o a la escuela, en vez de pasarte otro rato sentado en el coche o el trasporte público aprovecha i camina esos 20' de trajecto, te ira bien para activar el cuerpo, empezar con energía, aprovechar para informarte de las noticias, mirar redes sociales y lo que es mejor aumentar tu actividad diaria. 2. Si tu trabajo está muy lejos para ir caminando o vas justo de tiempo, no pierdas ese tiempo tan valioso en los atascos y ves en bicicleta. 3. Un ejercicio que me e puesto este último año y va muy bien es por cada hora que estoy sentado en el trabajo ago una sentadilla y una flexión, o puedes dar una vuelta por la oficina, ir al lavabo o deja tu botella de agua en la taquilla así tienes una excusa para moverte. 4. Haz una sesión de estiramientos por la mañana para activarte y otra antes de irte a dormir para relajarte, una pequeña sesión de 5' en estos dos momentos del día te va a ir muy bien para la salud de tu cuerpo, al pasar muchas horas sentado el cuerpo se acomoda en mala posición y aparecen los dolores. 5. Realiza actividades al salir de la escuela o de trabajar, no vayas directo a casa a sentarte en el sofá i mirar la television, ves dando un paseo a casa, sal a tomar algo con los amigos, ves al parque con tus hijos, da una vuelta con tu pareja. I have decided to compete next year. This means weight training ultra hard and then cutting body fat before you step on stage in a sparkly bikini, evening wear and theme wear. I am not doing it because I think I might win (obvs) just because I don't believe in limiting myself - I tell my clients this all the time. . . A large majority of female competitors have long hair and boob jobs .. it's not a requirement but these events are politically and brand influenced so with you have been coached by, who your posing coach is, what you wear, hair, boobs.. do you represent their brand.. will al contribute to your success or not. . . I don't want to grow my hair or get a boob job- I have found a female competitor for this year who also has neither ... I think she looks amazing but her look is totally different from anyone who is usually placed. That's two female competitors I have found with short hair!! . . Finishing my day with a protein shake and chicken salad. I don't always eat healthy foods. For lunch I had costco pizza. However, I only had two slices and was able to fit it into my daily calories and macros. I don't deprive myself of cravings, I occasionally try to fit them in. Also nobody is perfect of course there are cheat days. I admit in the past I have definately had cheat weeks or fell on the wagon completely for a month or two. However, I am making changes. I have accepted that this is a lifestyle not a quick fix. I am no longer letting myself feel guilty for any set backs and instead just continue forward. I will definitely not be tracking food on my Hawaii vacation next week, but I will try to eat intuitively and not go to crazy. We are also trying to stay active with hiking and activities. That’s a wrap! Holiday over and back to work... #hüblerkonditorei Everything starts back to normal, normal eating, gym and goals! My next goals are getting a good balance between life and gym. Aiming to do only 3 days a week with full body workouts and HIITS on the days between. Still maintaining my weight since January so VERY happy about that, as I can tell you I have eaten and drank all the goodness in the last month but stayed within my calorie range and it’s payed off! I will see a little bloat drop in the next week as I get back into macro perfection and lifting some heavy stuff. Gooey delicious dark chocolate sweet potato brownies with toasted almonds 🍫 ——- The perfect clean treat: 425g mashed sweet potato 1/2 cup oats blended 1/2 cup almond meal 1/2 cup cocoa 6tbs coconut sugar 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips 1/2 cup toasted almonds chopped Mix it all together, place in an 8X8 lined tin, push the almonds on top. Tried to be smart and creative with this Donut. Key word 'tried'. Maple Frosted from Hole N' One, AKA "Beit El donut" Texture: Softer and less "doughy" than Dunkin Donuts, that's for sure. Flavor: Yeah.. Fail.. I added the pretzels myself to get a Sweet & Salty vibe but it didn't work at all. Firstly, the frosting has no Maple flavor. It just tastes like a sweet glaze/frosting. The pretzels didn't add any saltiness ad they were overpowered by the sweet frosting. Fail. Rating: 3/10. Childhood obesity is on the rise🙎‍♂️ I in 3 children are considered obese with the numbers🙍🏽‍♀️ increasing at an alarming rate.👩‍⚕️ There are numerous health risks associated with childhood obesity :heart disease💔, breathing problems🤧, fatty liver disease,gallstones, social and pyschological problems to name a few .
