Recipe: 3tbs ground flax seed,5tbs water, 1/2 cup apple sauce unsweetened, 3/4 cup water, 1/2 cup buckwheat flour, 1tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Bake in oven at 375F for 15mins, no need to flip.

Yesterday was the perfect day for a forest walk. Not too hot, not too cold, no wind, no human noise, only birdsong. This plus good footwear and fitness made it very mindful and therapeutic. Of course we should all do this more but for me, if any of the above conditions aren't right, I spend most of the walk thinking about when it will end. So don't force yourself if you ain't feeling it 🌳☀️
