Late night snack/meal. Grain free, gluten free, sugar free pancakes!! 🥞...delicious!! I’ve been craving something sweet all evening/night. I decided to make my first batch of almond flour and cream cheese pancakes, the first pancakes I’ve had since being low carb (2 months). They were delicious! The sugar free seedless strawberry 🍓 jelly reminds me of the goodness you can find in the jelly filled carb and sugar filled donuts lol. I’ve always loved chocolate milk with my pancakes or waffles, it’s like a given. So I used my unsweetened original almond coconut milk mixed with Hershey’s sugar free syrup to do the trick, and it did! I’m full and the sweet tooth is GONE! I let the weekend get the best of me.. Friday we were without power until 1030 at night and I ate pizza and drank.. Saturday I had to put my dog down.. I ate a wrap and drank 😒 Yesterday we had more shit as weather and ate Ice cream! Finally around 4 yesterday I pulled my head out of my ass and made myself a keto meal.. Today is going to be as low carb as possible! Pic of supper last night.. 90 second almond bread with salami cheese mayo mustard, grilled zucchini with butter ajd garlic and baby dill pickles.

Broke my fast with a bomb ass meal 🍴 Meal 1 4 oz of Sole breaded with almond flour and spices fried in Coconut oil + 1.5 c of broccoli cassarole ( broccoli, cream cheese, garlic, shallots, cheese and cream = fatty as hell and delicious) I was kinda bummed the juice from the cassrole started trailing towards my fish 😒😒
