Its one of my best friends birthdays today and we were suppose to hit up the Mandarin for sushi.. Due to shitty hours at work lately I couldnt go so I made my self a funky salad I will call everything under the 🌞 lol
Lettuce, chicken breast, hardboiled egg, pepperoni, red onions, pickled peppers, cheese, pecans and ranch dressing!

Since starting this journey I have also been working on trying to be more consistent and replacing old bad habits with healthier ones! Since starting in January I have been successfully consistent in logging my meals (good or bad) with myfitnesspal and I haven't missed a day which has helped me be more accoubtable with what I put into my body. And Since starting to work out I have managed to be pretty consistent (besides when I had the flu😷) I have completed 33 work outs so far and yes I have had to do a day or 2 over due to not feeling strong enough to move to the next days challanges and this has helped me learn to trust my body and what its capable off and instead of pushing myself to the point of dreading my work outs I've come to look forward to them and have learned to appreciate the feeling of my body getting stronger daily! This is MY year to get it right and Im loving every minute of it!!

A mix of konjac and zoodles topped with a herb & garlic sauce with crab, sprouts, carrots and a few other things thrown in!

Homemade pretzel bites with mustard 🙊
4 chicken fries 😢
Usual roasted cauliflower w/ ranch and hot sauce

Still within my points for weight watchers but over my carbs by 10 g
7 oz sweet potato seasoned with curry spice and cinnamon

2 over easy eggs
1 coffee w/ 1 tbsp cream
1 can skipjack tuna
2 tbsp mayo
2 tsp mustard
2 small pickles chopped
1 oz cheese shredded
1 oz lettuce
Coffee with 1 tbsp cream
1 oz cheese w/ 4 crackers
36 NET carbs for the day
This might not mean much for some but this is pretty exciting for me!! This is a chart showing my BMI Range and where I started Jan 1st and then where I am today. Im officially out of the danger your going to have a heart attack zone and into the danger your way to heavy zone and this is probably one of my most exciting and motivational goals so far!!! Im super proud of myself for sticking to this and making sure to incorporate some daily exercise as Well! Im almost to month 3 and I dont plan on stopping!!!! Go me!! 😁🌟💪🔥💥👙💞😍😘🔥💥

Had the hardest time ordering this. I pretty much ordered a breakfast on the bun sadwhich with no bun and it pretty much confused them. They asked me 3 times if that's what I really wanted. What should of only took like a couple of mins to order took 7 mins and awkward silences and puzzled looks.
