For the whole week before publication I will be posting to Instagram random pages of Notes On A Nervous Planet. Here is page 77. Which has fewer words than most of the pages.
Up 10lbs due to laziness and it shows 😒😶😵😶 Meal 1
Scrambled eggs with spinach, cream cheese, pepperoni
2 grams of carbs
24 grams of protein
35 grams of fat
= filling & long lasting
It’s dinner: grilled burgers with carmelized onions, mushrooms, extra old cheddar and mayo. 😋
Dinner on the bbq! New York strip steak, zucchini, and broccoli made with a sharp cheddar sauce 🥩

Testei receita que eu achei na internet. Queria uma versão lowcarb de um pãozinho que eles comem aqui.
Lowcarb Biscuits .
1 1/2 xíc de farinha de amêndoas
1/4 cc de sal
1 csp de fermento em pó
1/2 cc alho em pó
1/2 cc de cebola em pó
1/2 xic de nata
4 csp de manteiga derretida
1/2 xic de queijo ralado (usei cheddar)
Aqueça o forno 230°C
Misture todos os ingredientes secos.
Bata todos os ingredientes líquidos. Depois misture bem com os secos.
Unte uma colher e formas pequenas com azeite.
(Usei minhas formas de empada)
Asse por 10/13 mins.
Fiz 12 biscuits. Coloquei 2 csp cheias em cada forma.

Lowcarb Biscuits .
1 1/2 Cups Almond Flour
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
4 Tbsp Butter (melted)
1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Preheat oven 450°
Mix the dry ingredients.
Beat the wet ingredients. Then combined with the dry. Mix well.
Spray spoon and muffin tins. Put a dollop in each.
Bake for 10/13 mins.
I made 12, I put 2 tbsp in each tin.
This is a pile of bbq cheese quesadilla with red onions
Killin it with the beef and broccoli 🥦🥦🥦and caul fried rice. Surprised at this point there’s no cauliflower emoji
