I have to say - it lives up to the hype in terms of the flavour, crunch, consistency, etc. I tried one piece of each and omg it took everything in my not to devour all of it.
However, I don’t think I’ll be buying them again after seeing how poorly these were packaged/shipped. I was so disappointed when I opened my package and saw that the snickerdoodle bag was about 90% broken into crumbs (and had virtually no granola clusters) and that the PB&J bag was only about 50% full. This is what it looked like after I opened the bags and ate one piece from each of them.

This is MY personal experience! I used ketogenic eating as a tool to restore my metabolic health. I tried for years taking the advice of conventional wisdom. I tried eating six small meals a day with snacks. I tried obeying the calories in vs calories out rule. And even in the times that I maintained a caloric deficit, following the SAD (Standard American Diet) never resulted in meaningful weight loss. Why? Because my body was not partitioning nutrients correctly.
My insulin resistance, caused by chronic over-consumption of sugars, made it difficult for my body to disperse the nutrients throughout my body (muscles), so most of what I would eat went directly into fat storage - and it kept piling up! Even in caloric deficits! I blamed genetics. LOL!!!! My body literally “forgot” that it was capable of using fat as an energy source through years of self-abuse.
So my body stopped using fat and was dependent on sugar. There was no equilibrium.
Unlike some who diet down using ketogenic eating, I am making it a point now to continue the eating habits I taught myself. After spending 6 months (I’m at month 9 right now) observing/living a strict < 20g/day of carbs, after six months of evolving and efforts to restore my nutrient partitioning abilities, after i acquired the ability to effortlessly flip back and forth between sugar burning and fat burning, I now eat less than 100g a day of carbohydrates, 150g a day of healthy fats, and 100-140g of protein a day (depending on if it’s my workout day!). What has this turned into?
Moderation: the most effective “diet” ever practiced in human history!

Super late lunch might as well be supper lol I’ve been on the hunt for another taco seasoning —-> swipe to see! cause I’ve been using the carby ones from the store😬🙃 I know I could make my own but I was placing an order anyway with Flavorgod so I threw in the Taco Tuesday seasoning. I used it today on my ground chicken. It’s ok... I also used a different brand of ground chicken that’s superrrrrrr lean so that could be why the taste is off as well. Normally I love their seasonings so I’ll give it another shot😉

Supper.... I guess I didn’t realize how late it was LoL Unintentional Fast it is 🤷🏻♀️. suave patties and egg sandwich. I couldn’t decided if I wanted spicy or sweet so I had two dipping sauces. But once I got eating I ended up going with the spicy mayo as my dip. So yummy and filling 😋
Iced coffee made with coffe ice cubes instead of reg ice cubes so it doesn’t water it down. It’s like having a double cup of coffee once it melts LOL ☕️ ☕️
