I need to get back to cooking, ASAP. Nothing is as gratifying as a yummy home cooked meal. Anyway, tonight's dinner is a double steak burrito bowl with lettuce, cheese, guac, sour cream, fajitas, and green salsa.

A snow right before my micro midterm woo woo ✨ I somehow always have an amazing workout whenever there’s a snow day and I force myself to go outside. Maybe it’s because that I’m already outside even though I really want to be chilling at home with hot chocolate and Netflix but I smashed out two hours at the somewhat empty gym today. Keto has been making me super full from just one meal and I had a light dinner for two night in a row already 😳. I’m not getting enough fats in though so I gotta change that. But overall today was a good day but I really need to study for my midterm now 😭 Wish me luck!

On Wednesday's Esther is home with me all day. ⠀
There are weeks when I'm going crazy trying to keep up with things, and that I just don't feel like I've spent enough time with her. ⠀
This week, I CHOSE (chose is the KEY word), to focus on her. We watched TV, we colored, we played, we went for a walk and we snuggled...but I didn't bother worrying about work. ⠀
I knew I had plenty to do, but I also knew that it would be there later or tomorrow. ⠀
Wednesdays (during the day) are for her. ⠀
I could have chosen to stress out, worry about not having enough time, and then have a lousy time with her and not be able to focus on work because she was getting into things. ⠀
It really is okay to remove the overwhelm from your life. I promise you the world will not end, and you may even have a better life.

CHICKEN WINGS 🔥😛 A plate of wangs for the fiancé 💕 & I. I “fried” these in my air fryer for 30 minutes & they came out crispy and delissssh. I tossed them in melted Kerrigold butter, Weber’s Habanero Garlic seasoning, garlic powder, pepper, and Trader Joe’s Onion Salt. MmmMmMm 😋 #iloveketo
