Every month I run a private support and accountability group for people who need help following through with health goals. We run a new group every month and it’s 3 weeks at a time. We share experiences, check in and log our activity, share motivation or a new recipe we’ve tried and we comment on each other’s progress to encourage and motivate. Just by showing up, it helps others.
You will need a few tools to get in but I’m here to find what will be a good fit for you so that you can do it and be successful.
You don’t need to do this alone. Your health is a precious gift and I’d love to help you be proactive in looking after it. 💞
S.P.A.C.E. truly was a new frontier for you. It's where you get to have life's adventures. It's where you discovered variety. This dimension allows you to have limitations, that had you come here with your power, you would not be able to experience. Your limitations come in the form of bad relationships, gravity drawing uou to the earth, health issues, past, present, and future acknowledgement, and all the infinite varieties of BEing human. These limitations help you to grow as a person, to reach that "purpose" or potential, you think you are here to achieve.
Those limitations are necessary for you to have this human experience. Without them, why come here.

Vegan 🌱 gluten free goji berry almond superfood bars. I changed up this recipe from the original one ☝️ in the detox guide. Try them both!!

Vegan 🌱 Gluten Free Goji almond bars.
1 cup almond flour
1/3 cup chick peas (rinsed)
1 scoop vegan 🌱 protein powder
1 cup peanut flour
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 cup goji berries
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1/4 cup agave
1/3 cup water
1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
Blend chickpeas in the food processor until creamy. Combine with all other ingredients. Pour into a prepared baking pan and place into a preheated oven at 350.

Ever since I was a preteen I always wanted to be the girl who wore all black and accepted that she loved bats, blood and things I "shouldn't like." Unfortunately at that age I didn't have control of my wardrobe and even as a teenager I didn't feel comfortable expressing how I felt I wanted to dress.
Now at 24, I'm letting my inner goth out and slowly transitioning into expressing myself the way I have always wanted to. My love for the macabre and personal identity is something I want to share more and more.
