One of my favorite reason I run : Enjoy the nature , the beauty of what the world can offer.
We spent most of our time inside offices, homes , cars...
My run is my time to actually enjoy and experience nature , get to feel the wind , the heat, the cold, the rain!
See and hear the birds , smell the flowers , see people .
I can disconnect , I run and just listen to my hopes and dream🌈☀️😇
So go for a run outside and let yourself amazed again ✨✨✨

Sunday's we shoulder stand!
Often I get asked what's the difference between a shoulder stand in yoga and a shoulder stand in Pilates on the reformer?
The answer it is quite a lot really.
In Pilates we never completely go onto the shoulders, instead we are balancing on our shoulder blades. This keeps the neck safe and forces a stronger abdominal and glute and hamstring engagement.
