The hardest thing for me ever when it comes to working out is coming up with the actual workout. I am notorious for doing the same shit over and over and over. That will get you some results but no where compared to switching it up and doing something different everyday. With Tara’s #method
she gives you a complete workout that is totally different every damn day. You never get bored. I don’t promote this program for ANY OTHER REASON than it’s AMAZING! Deloading this week to start prep for my next competition which is on the 15th of April! I will be competing in the 105kg category which is a weight class up from my last competition (as I’m not cutting for this comp to see where I really am) but I will still be looking for some PB’s!🤙🏻 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
