How to Bulk Up by @peter_bowman - If you want to bulk up, don’t just start eating everything in sight! You will most likely feel terrible, and training will suffer if you’re bloated all day. - Instead calculate your maintenance calories and add 300-500 calories from there. If a few weeks go by and the weight hasn’t increased whatsoever then you know to bump the calories further. - You don’t need to be taking mass gainer supplements,  instead focus on getting 20-40g of protein in with your meals depending on your size. This will ensure you’re spiking muscle protein synthesis (MPS) with every meal. - Get your training on point! Hit each muscle 2x a week, as opposed to once a week with a bro split. Put an emphasis on recovery, get adequate sleep and make sure your not overtraining. - Hopefully this post helps! Tag a friend who is trying to make some gains 💪🏻
