It’s been one week today since I got certified in my new format (⚙️ INSPIRED by Yoga and Pilates), and I’m completely obsessed! My body has completely changed in this last week with my flexibility and strength. I could never hold a Chaturanga before this week. Now, no problem. I could only get my legs so high in a single leg downdog, and now I can feel the further extension.
My amazing master trainer who certified me, “warned” us that this format will open up all of the emotions. “You may actually cry”, she said. Although I haven’t cried...(YET), I do feel more...ALIVE. It’s so hard to explain. I love ALL fitness. But this format, is literally changing everything for me.

Try these three hamstring focus exercises on your next leg day❗️👇🏼
1️⃣ Wide stance RDLs (4x10s)
2️⃣ Kneeling leg curls (4x10s)
3️⃣ Single leg RDLs (4x10s)
It’s always important to incorporate a stretching movement, like RDLs, and a curling movement, like the leg curl, in order get the most out of those working muscles. Hamstrings are one of my weak points when it comes to legs, progressive overload while incorporating exercises like these ones 👆🏼 will definitely strengthen and grow those hamstring muscles 💪🏼 try them out!! #bodybuildingnation

The last two weeks have definitely been a lesson in keeping a positive mindset and being resilient through the slighter more stressful times.
Stress, worry and less than ideal sleep patterns will all have a negative impact on your mood and mindset but it’s how we respond that makes all the difference.
It’s not about suppressing or distracting yourself from the bad moods and the negative thoughts, it’s just about accepting that they are present and trying to process them in a positive way.
What can you learn from it? Is there anything you could have done better to prevent or manage it? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Even if you at first deem it to be the result of someone else’s actions it’s always a lot more beneficial to be critical of yourself than to judge others. You aren’t them, so why hold them to your own unique set of values?
The more you put into yourself, and being happy, the more you will ultimately get out of it 😊 it’s not easy, it takes time, but it works!!
