PROGRESS ✨ Yesterday morning I weighed in at my lowest weight so far this year πŸŽ‰ I’m so happy to finally be making progress, especially when I felt so lost last year when I found out I have #PCOS after many tests & multiple trips to the doctors & hospital 😒 . I don’t have a goal weight because who really cares what my relationship with gravity is?! But I’m less than half a stone away from the next stone bracket so that’s my current goal πŸ’ͺ🏽 . Eventually I want to drop a dress size & get my body to be fit, strong, toned & healthy. PCOS can affect your fertility so really my goals are all geared towards giving me the best chance to become a mum one day πŸ’• . So for those that missed it in my stories last week this is my #transformationtuesday 1st pic is 6 weeks ago and 2nd pic is now (well last week) only change is my nutrition. Now I’m not going to bash #keto as it got me 40lbs down but for the last year or so I saw little or no weight loss and no progress from my training even though I was working hard. Something wasn’t working so I decided to change my diet. It worked. Body fat is down, muscle definition is up and I haven’t piled on the pounds after all those carbs! I’m eating more calories whilst remaining in a deficit and really enjoying the flexibility of a non restrictive diet- I can eat what I want by just working it into my macros! Even enjoyed a cornetto yesterday with no guilt or thinking I had ruined my diet! Don’t be scared to try a new approach and make a change!
