In London today for work so lunch was what was on offer. It was slow cooked beef brisket with a suspiciously sweet sauce 🙈 but also loads of veg and salad, plus I found some cheese and olives. I even avoided the lovely lattes, biscuits, puddings etc!
Dinner was half a peri peri chicken, with salad and dressing. And I had poached egg with avocado for breakfast, using the cling film cooking method!
