I heard on the radio the other day about making yourself happy, and how its a complete choice how you live your life. Like, do you ever have one of those days where you're just mad? Or sad, and you don't even really know why? But then you see someone you know in the store and suddenly you're all smiles and happy? (Honestly, the guy on the radio said "you're phone rings and you answer it with a happy hello, but lets be honest, who actually answers their phone?)😂 You can just turn it on like a switch, so why not do that all the time? I know its a lot easier said than done, but I think if we all try a little harder, we can all relax the stress and live more carefree. What do you do to cheer yourself up?
