After waking up naturally at 6:30 on a Sunday... 🤔 I headed out to the gym after a couple of coffees ☕️ ☕️ did 5kms on the erg and then did arms. I also ended up doing legs because I spotted a free barbell in the midst of 15 blokes in the free weight section so I commandeered it like a hero 💁🏼♀️
I returned with a backpack full of goodies from Lidl and made this table full of deliciousness: espresso coffee with cream and avocado filled with prawns and mayo. I put the rest of the prawn mixture in a pot to save for another time but then I was like ‘lol, who are you kidding?’ and finished it off with another half an avocado 👌🏼
One event in the books this weekend. Another set of temptations turned down. Still in ketosis 💕🔥
Week 6 of Keto done! Great week, down 4 pounds from 291, new low weight of 287! Just keep going! Last week I lost 0 pounds then boom 4 pounds this week so don’t give up!

Salted Caramel Protein. I heated them in a skillet with butter and added a sausage patty to the pan. Once it was all heated I stacked them with a low(er) carb American cheese slice. Drizzled with Sukrin Gold Fiber Syrup (this is in my Amazon store in the link on my bio). It was good but I kind of hate real sausage, and was out of Morningstar veggie patties. Fill a 2 liter pitcher with fresh water.
Add 4 black tea bags (i use salada but you can go wild).
Let steep for a minimum of 3 hours but no more than a day.
Add the juice of a lime and a lemon.
Add about half a cup of erythritol.
Mix well. Let sit for 15. Serve on ice in a cute glass. .
Remplir un pichet de 2 litres avec de l'eau fraîche.
Ajouter 4 poches de thé noir (j'utilise du Salada, mais vous pouvez être créatif.ive).
Laisser macérer au moins 3 heures mais pas plus d'une journée.
Ajouter le jus d'une lime et d'un citron.
Ajouter environ une demie tasse d'érythritol.
Bien mélanger. Laisser reposer 15 minutes. Servir sur glasse dans un joli verre.

Shorties! I made my first ever MEATZZA! The crust is made out of ground turkey. I think next time, I’ll use half Italian sausage and ground beef. Can use whatever toppings you like. I just have broccoli, zucchini, onion and olives on mine. No cheese. #meatzza #paleo #lowcarb #keto #whole30

as a lifestyle much not like food very much. I tend to disagree! 😍 Sunday brunch of homemade pork sausage, keto waffle, whipped cream, and raspberries with sf syrup by @lakantosweetener.

Though I wasn’t a 100% keto this week, I did see results. So happy and grateful for that. I was prepared for seeing either no-change or at the worst a gain but neither happened. I have been checking my weight almost everyday this week and it was 65.5 and I did not expect it to come this close to 65 by the end of it. Now, I hope this 0.2 difference clears in the coming three days as I will be completing my 2 months of keto!
So, hoping to achieve my first goal at the 2 months mark.
Anyway, my progress this week is:
-Lost 0.8 kgs (1.76 lbs) this week
-Lost 0.5-1 inches
-Lost 1.26% of body fat
I am finally and officially no more “overweight”!!!
This makes me so so happy!!!
I have struggled with my weight as long as I remember. I have looked (did not weigh or know how much I was) overweight compared to others my age.
Now, I don’t know how I look but with the scale and measurements, I am no longer overweight and within a “normal” range.
And for all those who weigh in pounds, I lost 20 lbs!!!! 🙌🏻
