Haven't posted this week because I've been bad y'all, very very bad. I pretty much ate whatever and barely drank water from last week Saturday (I see now that I shouldn't have had that meal in the last post) to yesterday, from birthday cake to nerds, and for a while I loved it!😏
Then I felt so sick😷, I had stomach cramps, a migraine for most of the week, bloating, a 2lb weight gain😭, I even couldn't sleep most nights. .
Suffice to say I woke up this morning and ate some eggs lol. 😅 I'm in need of groceries but I have the essentials so I'll make that do. . .
This week proved to me that the ketogenic WOE (diet) really works for me. Cutting carbs aren't neccesary for everyone but I have much more benefits besides weight loss when eating this way.
